Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThis property is severely run down and old. The room did not have a mini fridge, which I would expect from a hotel that’s rated 3 stars. Parking, which was uncovered, was an additional $55 per night, which is the highest rate I’ve ever seen anywhere. The only window looked out into the hallway, which meant the only way to get natural light was to allow anyone walking down the hall to see into our hotel room. Also there was no bucket in our room for ice, which was tough with no fridge to keep cold water. The place just looked old and beat up and sorely in need of renovation, despite being as clean as I suppose it could be.
The staff was phenomenally helpful and friendly and the room and common spaces were decently clean. We chose this hotel for easy access to LAX, including free shuttle, and that service was courteous and punctual. Our stay included breakfast buffet, which included eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, various toast options. The service was very good and food was adequate but definitely not worth the $29.99 per person price tag.

United StatesThe first room we were given was an interior room with no outside window. The window was looking out into the hallway . The room was hot , and the thermostat was set at a fixed temperature. We asked for a different room and at first was told that we would have to pay extra for a room that had an adjustable thermostat. That is not acceptable. After asking to speak to the manager on duty, the desk personnel gave us a premium room.

JapanI had so much trouble with the cleaning staff. My room was not ready, missing things. The next day, they did NOT clean anything. Several times, I had to hunt for amenities. On top of that, the hotel staff knocked on my door, no lie, six times in two nights. It was either early in the morning or late at night, ironically, to check and see if the room was ok.!!?!?
It was close to the airport.

United StatesI DO NOT like that I was Charged "$50.00" per night !! for PARKING !!!, I was surprised at this charge as I was NOT Informed parking would be An ADDITIONAL Charge !!, and when I spoke to staff all he could say was "Thats policy". What was even more frustrating, was MANAGER was sitting Next to him and NOT Once did manager get involved in conversation ??. I just paid it and didn't even bother to waste more of my time seeing that management couldn't even address the issue. I will NOT be staying there again.
The location and proximity to Sofi stadium was good. It was just 5 - 10 min from stadium. The rooms was decent and comfy. Close to airport, and restaurants. It was also close to freeway access and there was a small restaurant in hotel.

United StatesPoor system for check-in for those who arrive early. We had to stand in Long lines twice. Perhaps Creed in number system so we don’t have to do this. Hallways were massively air-conditioned, but the rooms were very hot and it was difficult to sleep. I had two rooms and this was the case for both.
I like the convenient location. I also appreciated the café workers’ customer service skills.

United StatesOur room seems a little worn. The upholstered chair was well worn. The mattress was saggy and soft. The light to the bathroom was on a motion detector switch. It kept turning on in the night when you rolled over. The light coming on woke me up 4-5 times. The fire door in the hallway was held open by a towel. Everything seemed just a little worn or dirty. Not what I expected from a Sheraton costing approx $200/night. The parking fee of $55 was high IMO. If I had know the parking fee in advance I would have rented my car in the morning, thus saving $55.
The location was good. We didn’t try the breakfast. The staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable.

United StatesUnfortunately the room was a huge disappointment. It was filthy. From the oily remote control to stains on the sheets: this stay provided the worst experience I had in years. Seems like one of those hotels that take advantage of people in transit who can't make a scene during the few hours they have.
The pool area seemed nice. Generally, this hotel might me a good fit for conferences as the lobby area is well set up for what probably once was a good hotel.
