There was hair in the bathtub and it was slow to drain. The BreaKfast was small. They didn't have the room I booked and the pool was cold

The breakfast was small not. A lot of options built tastes alright. The bed was cozy and the gym was small but enough for a decent workout.

The rooms are definitely on the older side, perfectly clean though. Aircon was super noisy so if that would bother you then look elsewhere. They weren't very flexible on early check-in. Am fine that they are strict on their check in time which is clearly communicated but as an airport hotel I think they should revisit this. They did store our bags for us for free and could use the pool while we waited if we'd wanted.

The room was exactly as advertised. Close to the airport and decent value. Rooms are pretty old but for the price was fine and we were only staying one night. I'd definitely only stay one night here, if you have longer, stay away from the airport, not much public transport and uber/Lyft adds up.

we had to wait for our room because we arrived early. which was expected however they gave us the room and when we went into the room it wasn’t not clean and ready for our stay so we had to return to the front desk and wait about 30 more minutes

Its an old hotel, or atleast the room we got seemed like from some old building. In three days the room was NOT cleaned, although we asked them many times, seemed like we were not taken seriously as their guests. So we had to move to another hotel !

Parking for overnight guests is way too expensive…$55! Crazy! Just assume parking is free for paying customers! The floor/ carpet was wet…! And the room was way to bright, the curtains won’t close all the way!

The rooms are very very dated. I was surprised this was a Sheraton as it is nowhere near other Sheraton standards.

Location was great and free shuttle bus to airport super convenient. Staff member that checked us in was really nice and helpful.

Long elevator waits… no valet parking and parking is $55 dollars a night on top of your hotel price… not worth it at all.. paid 330 for 2 nights, not a bad price but when you add another 110 to the price!!! So 440 for 2 nights. Room was way smaller than the pictures showed..i was better off going to a better hotel for that price with valet.. i know better next time… on top of that their gate to get in and out of the parking lot was broken… so many people were getting stuck in the parking lot

Overall stay was good. What i didn't like is that the room itself the curtains were dirty and had stains all over them , there was no soap in mt room container in thw wall was empty (luckily I brought my own) and the wash rags did not look to clean themselves. Also on my last night there i went out and got back around 1/2am and i was locked out my room with my belongings still inside. i understand that was check out day, but not until 11am not 1am in the morning n i had to go downstairs waiting in line tored just to get a new room key.

Not a lot of options for breakfast. The breakfast buffet is $32 per person. Thats not an good option for a family of 4.

Staff for service was very rude, food was stale and not heated properly, roaches seen in the elevator, and near trashbins in the hotel, and gym equipment was damaged and safety issues were in question.

The room was comfortable, shower was great, and the bed was clean and comfy for our length of stay with plenty of clean towel.
