The parking charge is very very high. The nearby parking spaces are not very accessible. The hotel exploit the parking. They charge $42 per night for the parking. Also, they charged twice the parking charges to my account, though we stayed for one night. The extra parking charges were not returned to my account even after I talked to the hotel representative one phone. Very bad experience.

I like the property overall. The hotel is a pure airport hotel with all amenities.

We’re arrived pretty late, around 1am and there is no restaurant in the hotel. wifi is quite weak especially when we were having conference call and even not working in some of the corner of the room

Wifi wasnt working and instead of trying to Fix the problem staff blamed apple iphone saying its there problem. 1 out of my 3 iPhones worked fine but other 2 didnt work although they were fully updated to latest ios. so i believe its the IT problem and not iphone

The room itself was comfortable, but you could see where a few repairs needed done. Loose fixtures, bathtub filling with water during a shower, etc. Nothing that made the stay uncomfortable but just little touches that would have made it a tad more put together. The coffee machine was great, but it would have been nice to have a microwave, especially since the shop downstairs sells a lot of microwaveable food.

The room was a good size, had basic amenities and was clean and comfortable. The check in process was really simple and the shuttle was quick and on time. Good value for money.

Good spot for travel layover as close to airport. Nice to have a pool to wake you up and fight jet lag. Pool was approx 15/16m long and suitable for laps. Large lobby, arrival area. Gym basic but nice to have, free weights and machines. Vending area for snacks. Cold water machine in gym useful for refilling water bottles. Luggage storage. FREE shuttle helped save money to and from airport and was on time and efficient and accepted our large bike box on the way to Hawaii Ironman World Champs. 25 min taxi to Venice Beach. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Shuttle took a long time - over a half hour. It's disappointing to see other hotel shuttles come by numerous times in the late evening and you start thinking I should have booked those guys for 10 bucks more.

It was better, all around, than their rating reflected. All things considered. It's a tough employment environment out there. I've stayed here before and it was fine then also

Parking was an additional $42 per day which I think is overpriced. We checked out at 10 which left us with a $48 parking charge for the night.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. They also have a guest laundry which was extremely convenient. The location is good for travelers as it's across from the airport, however there are no supermarkets nearby so be prepared to pay exorbitant hotel prices for snacks.
