Our room smells really bad, one of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work

Rooms were very outdated and didn’t look like the photos at all. Looked and felt very dirty. The couches in room had stains on cushions and curtains had stains on them.

The chair in the room was broken. Told staff but did not get replaced. The ac unit was getting floor wet and told staff but nothing was done to fix.

I never use the room never went there called ask for a refund received a refund and actually never got my money back so again never go there again

Nothing I didn't stay there and you guys charged me for the freaking room after I called to cancel and you said it was okay and it was canceled and get it refunded it's been over a week and no refund zero Stars never going to use booking or Hilton again

The inconsistency of getting answered about the refund of my deposit to my bank account. I’m getting the runaround that I’ve been getting for the last 48 hours. I am not happy about this whole situation.

The property was very nice and clean. The only problem that I’m having is getting the deposit back loaded to my bank account. I am very unhappy. It’s been about five days and I have yet to receive the money returned back to my account.

Housekeeping did not come one of the days, trash was full, toilet was not working properly. Very noisy with kids running down the halls, overtaking the pool and common areas. Felt very overcrowded. For the price we payed which was pretty high l, we expected more

Beds are were uncomfortable. Tub was not clean. They gave me a price on the phone but charged me more then they quoted.

The only thing we were happy with was the pillows.

When I got into my room I had two queen bed I was with my wife and kids one of the beds had dirty sheets I took pictures and I sent it to the staff of the hotel . All they offered was points on my account no refund or anything which is very upsetting I stay here quit a bit with my family .. I will be Lessing that with out some compensation for my stay with a dirty bed my kids has to sleep with my and my wife in one bed not what I paid 300 for !

Staff was unorganized. They gave me a room that someone was staying in. Staff had no idea what was going on. Later in that night when my children were ready to sleep I find out that the sofa bed was not made.

I love the ladies at check in. After the check in process, they have my kids fresh baked cookies. The location was awesome, near the highway.

Did not like how we were rushed out of our room at checkout. Housekeeper came knocking and let her self in and started cleaning the bathroom before my kids and I were able to use the bathroom one last time upon departure or even exit the room for that matter! I wish they were this quick to respond to when my children were taking showers and I had to call for shampoo and conditioner because the containers mounted in the shower were empty. Needless to say, they were never refilled during our entire stay.

Location was good. Plenty of shopping in the area. Close to Wachusett Mountain for skiing.

Only one minor issue, room was very warm couldn’t get the heat to lower by adjusting the thermostat. It was only one night. It wasn’t unbearable just a little uncomfortable .

I liked everything the geart staff very Kind people at the Breakfast buffet and also at the dinner everything was good . The cleaning was good its a geart place and hotel to Spend a good vacation I love it.
