At the arrival I have got some issues with my credit card, which I needed to solve with my bank. The staff was professional and flexible - I was able check-in with partial credit card deposit while they allowed me to settle the issue with my bank during the night (I am from Europe). Highly appreciated!

Size of the room could be a bit bigger for the price.

Te accomodations were great and super comfy, the only thing I would point is that the rooms are quite small - but that is expected in NY.

HVAC fan was so loud that it woke us up each time it came on. Needs work.

Property was convenient and fairly close to the subway. Easy walking distance to eating outlets and one on site. Rooms were clean with good coffee. Could access fresh air. Luggage could be left.

I wish we could've changed the temperature, it was either a little too cold or too humid depending on the time.

The staff was super nice and helpful!! They were willing to help with anything and answered all our questions. Super accommodating and would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the counter when we checked in was great. He was welcoming and when I asked him to allow me to store my medication in his fridge, he arranged for a small one to be sent to the room. He also showed genuine concern and helped to store the medication in his fridge until the small fridge was sent to our room

Our bed wasn't hugely comfortable, but it was fine for a few nights. The tea tray was only restocked when I requested.

We had a corner room with a city view. It was a decent size for New York, very clean. The staff on the front desk were all very friendly and helpful. Location next to Hudson Yards is great, central but out of the midtown busyness.

We would have loved to have had breakfast included. The room was rather small, but acceptable for Manhattan!

Great location and nice area. We arrived way before check in time and the gentleman who checked us in immediately offered to give us a room at no extra charge. We sincerely appreciated that, since we were tired from an overnight flight!

Small room but in a great location. We had a lovely view of the city from our window. The room was clean. We had a little problem with the air conditioner in our room but they sent someone to fix it right away. Have no complaints at all.

There were a dirty crusty towel under my sink. So i was a bit skeptic about hygiene. Loud noise from the elevator and the cleaning staff near my room.

driving was a hassle at times because it's located by the tunnel, in Hells kitchen. So we had to wait a little longer for Rode share or walk to another corner.

Hotel location is, in my opinion, its biggest plus: it is at walking distance from 2 Underground stations so You can easily and rapidly reach all main attractions. Additionally the area is pretty quiet and very safe. From the room (very spacious for NYC standards) I could even see the Hudson river. If you walk only 5 minutes You can reach the Edge, the High Line and Penn station. Friendly staff and complimentary water were also very appreciated. Good price.

Honestly, the pillows were little too soft. The Front Desk door are locked after 11pm (of of course due to security) - but the gentleman that was there for that shift wasn’t the nicest. He was like yelling at the couple in fromt of us to, “use your room key so we know you are staying here.” Not nice.

The Front Desk staff was AMAZING that checked us in. They made you feel like family.
