the ac worked great!! very hot water in shower with good pressure. breakfast is good, but didn’t know it was a buffet.

CanadaRoom was missing essentials - toilet paper, shampoo, some towels. Room overlooked pool/rec area which I was ok with but the blinds did very little to block the light coming in. Needed curtains.
Location was good for our planned shopping. It was quiet in the evenings and beds were comfortable.

United StatesOverpriced for what it is. One of the two elevators was broken which wasn’t great for bringing all the stuff that I had up to the room (moving cross-country and needed to take the stuff off my roof rack overnight). Dead, smashed centipede on the ceiling from before our stay was a little creepy. Also spiders in the room on the 4th floor somehow. There were small pieces of trash from previous guests (a clothing tag, some other things) that my dog somehow was finding in corners/under the sink/etc so obviously not completely cleaned.
Good view of the river. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Staff was really nice and very helpful.

The rooms are very clean and the staffs are polite. I like the view of the hotel. The hotel is also near Niagara Falls and it has many restaurants.

United StatesWhen trying to check in at 2pm the lady was very very rude! Also the director of the restaurant was not very customer oriented! I didn't like that the restaurant and back yard area closed at 10 pm. I also didn't like seeing multiple huge bags of trash left in the hallway from housekeeping for days! No free breakfast! And you still had to pay for parking which was not included in your room price!

JapanThe water pipes made a horrible sound when you turned them on in the shower and bathroom sink.
The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel location was pretty good, Not close enough to walk to the falls but it had a pretty view of the river. I noticed on the night we were there that they were setting up fire pits for a bonfire by the water. My son swam in the indoor pool and had a great time.

United StatesMy room was basically in front of the elevator. So I heard all kinds of noises. Other then that, it's no biggie. I was only there for 2 nights and you will spend most of your time outside at the Falls or somewhere else.
Staff are Friendly and Helpful. The bar was great. Loved the bartenders. They have a great since of humor and also gave some great tips and locations to visit around Niagara. The river view was nice to sit out at and have a nice cold one. (:
