a few light bulbs were out. bathroom door didn’t lock. the outlets weren’t flicked on. didn’t think I had to activate it. wasn’t very self explanatory. had to plug in room phone- also, couldn’t call out.

the ac worked great!! very hot water in shower with good pressure. breakfast is good, but didn’t know it was a buffet.

Room was missing essentials - toilet paper, shampoo, some towels. Room overlooked pool/rec area which I was ok with but the blinds did very little to block the light coming in. Needed curtains.

Location was good for our planned shopping. It was quiet in the evenings and beds were comfortable.

Overpriced for what it is. One of the two elevators was broken which wasn’t great for bringing all the stuff that I had up to the room (moving cross-country and needed to take the stuff off my roof rack overnight). Dead, smashed centipede on the ceiling from before our stay was a little creepy. Also spiders in the room on the 4th floor somehow. There were small pieces of trash from previous guests (a clothing tag, some other things) that my dog somehow was finding in corners/under the sink/etc so obviously not completely cleaned.

We were on the 8th floor. One of 2 elevators was out of service. The wait for us to get on the elevator was extremely long.

Very friendly lady at check-in and staff in general is very helpful and friendly.

Decent hotel for the decent price. Nothing to do around, but nice place to chill by the water. Was rather loud at the evenings, plus $15 per person for the breakfast that is complete crap.

The property didn’t look as nice as it did in the pictures on line. Things were a bit worn. The gym had a bad smell. There wasn’t anything to do in walking distance.

The property had a great view of the river and a wonderful pool area.

sheets were scratchy. the blanket was thin and not comfortable. bed was creaky the lights and plugs by the bed didn’t work I asked for additional towels and never received them.

The swimming pool isn’t very big and the gym was closed and during the open hours and it was only used by 2 people at the moment.

The rooms are very clean and the staffs are polite. I like the view of the hotel. The hotel is also near Niagara Falls and it has many restaurants.

When trying to check in at 2pm the lady was very very rude! Also the director of the restaurant was not very customer oriented! I didn't like that the restaurant and back yard area closed at 10 pm. I also didn't like seeing multiple huge bags of trash left in the hallway from housekeeping for days! No free breakfast! And you still had to pay for parking which was not included in your room price!

The water pipes made a horrible sound when you turned them on in the shower and bathroom sink.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel location was pretty good, Not close enough to walk to the falls but it had a pretty view of the river. I noticed on the night we were there that they were setting up fire pits for a bonfire by the water. My son swam in the indoor pool and had a great time.

My room was basically in front of the elevator. So I heard all kinds of noises. Other then that, it's no biggie. I was only there for 2 nights and you will spend most of your time outside at the Falls or somewhere else.

Staff are Friendly and Helpful. The bar was great. Loved the bartenders. They have a great since of humor and also gave some great tips and locations to visit around Niagara. The river view was nice to sit out at and have a nice cold one. (:
