The hallway smelled like burning rubber and there was a dead roach in the room where we were supposed to get coffee. And I can’t complain about this too much because she wasn’t in the wrong but it was weird and I’ve never experienced it before - I had staff knocking on my door literally one minute after checkout time (twice, because my request for late checkout was not registered).

The drink ticket when you arrive is super nice, the staff at the front of the house was super friendly and helpful. the whole bar/checkin setup works better than I expected when I walked in.

Cleaning staff overlooked garbage a previous guest stuffed into a bedside table compartment. Curtains didn’t block light (big deal in Phoenix). Overall noisy.

There are no closets or drawers in the room, no safe, no coffeemaker, no cleaning, bedmaking, replacement clean linens, was out of yogurt at 9 AM, no clean towels at the pool, AND we left a pair of men's brown leather shoes, which were not returned, when we checked back.

absolutely NOTHING!!! HORRIBLE. DIRTY. UNSAFE. man was trying to break into girls rooms continuously and the man manager did NOTHING but told them to calm down. DISGUSTING ROOMS! nothing looks like the pictures. i checked in and sat at the front desk/bar…two people within 10 minutes complained about how dirty the room is and another guest was scared telling them how a man is trying to break into their room. Went into my room and checked out after 5 minutes….SO DIRTY!!!!! how do you charge 300$ a night to be put into an unsafe disgusting place. The man that manages this place should be fired. horrible human to make those guests i saw feel so little and unwelcome. dont get me started on how he spoke to his employee when she was explaining to him about the situation. so sad.

The room had water damage in multiple areas. The decor was stuck between modern and industrial. No fridge or couch, just a love sack. It felt like an apartment in an old complex that had a remodel 10 years ago. Not worth the money at all.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Good location for visiting the valley.

Terrible experience - they overbooked and I was required to haul my bags to another hotel down the road at 11pm, then the next day I had to haul everything back. I barely had access to a room for my entire trip, which was extremely challenging and did force me to change my original plans. Very frustrating, would not stay here ever again or recommend it to anyone.

Our room smelt of marijuana. We thought it was coming through the heater when it drew in fresh air. But no one was outside our window. It took the heater almost an hour before we got heat. We had to cover our noses during the night to breathe. We left 2 hours early because of this smell. It was horrible. The tv didn’t work so we called front desk. Maintenance came but couldn’t solve the problem so a tech came in twice to correct the problem. Didn’t have any news station for the phoenix area. No extra blankets. All amenities like coffee or ice not in room had to get everything from front desk which was in the bar. We were not happy with the facilities.

It was close to hospital for my surgery.

The overwhelming sour scents at the back entrances, that lingered and stayed in your nose. The room had no mini fridge, for the price for a night. Oh, our room had! Black! MOLD! Growing on the ceiling!!! The room was musty! The parking, was a bit sketchy, I was worried about my vehicle being parked in the lot.

The welcoming entrance was nice.

The minimal was carried too far. Really nothing more than a hostel at hotel prices. Air quality questionable, street noise loud, in room amenities non existent.

Close your ASU Pool area and pool are great. Night time cookie was great when they bothered to put them out.

It is terrible! Dirty, damp, dark, little flies everywhere in the room, stains on the blanket, and feels like an unsafe location with homeless person outside the window on ground floor. Was told that the hotel is being demolished in the near future.

Gym has okay equipment, but it isn't clean.
