The water was yellow which caused me to have an allergic reaction. I had miss work and go to the ER due to the matter. I called the Hotel to report the issue but no response.

I booked and paid for my room on booking.com. I gave my credit card upon check in for incidentals as normal but the hotel proceeded to also charge me for the room even though I already paid for it. It has been a month now and I'm still trying to get my money back from the hotel.

The room was nice but everything was only moderately clean. It was a busy time for the hotel so I understand but the overall experience was not the best.

The hotel is very dated The room was dark and had carpet which was disappointing because the pictures from Booking showed a room with not carpet. The pool was full of green moss and that whole outdoor area was very depressing

Not able to take breakfast to the room! I am disabled and THANKFULLY, the staff let my husband bring me breakfast if he "PROMISED" to bring the plate back! Which he did!!! Thank you for being so accommodating!!!

Apparently there was a private party for swingers and music was playing all night long and was hard to get any sleep. People walking around topless or Running around the hallway in thongs. Weed smell everywhere. Glad I didn’t travel with a child.

My towels were dirty the people next to us were extremely loud and drunk. People were in the hallways half naked. The people next to us were beating on the adjoining door as if they were trying to get in. When my husband told the staff nothing was done. This morning when I checked out I was told I had to call the tomorrow to speak with a manager and there was nothing they could do until then. After leaving the hotel and getting back in the road headed home I realized the girl who checked me in overcharged my card. Nothing has been done about this and I have to wait until tomorrow. The hotel is too nice for guests to not be able to rest due to parties and loud noise. And to be overcharged after a terrible experience like that is crazy! Hopefully I am contacted by the property as all my efforts so far has been unsuccessful.

There was nothing to like the Breakfast Bar was empty, gravy was available Biscuits there was only a few and they were hard The Cook said he was preparing more and as soon as it came out the people who were waiting absorbed it all. Poor all around. Never again. from the loud noise all night long coming from another room to waking up to no Breakfast. This did not set right with the start of my Holiday season. This was suppose to have been a Gala Night, sadly it wasn't for me!

Breakfast was not good, there was no Breakfast items on the Breakfast bar due to overflow of a football team. Scraps were left and little time to wait for food to be prepared before the Meeting started that we were attending. $15 for nothing and some fruit that was not of good quality. Poor service, no food, place was messy, ran out of coffee and had to get it from the lounge area, Just unpleaseded with the food and the services.

The poor lady at the front desk was working alone, so there was a 15+ minute wait to get checked in. She was so lovely and welcoming. The things that could be improved: 1. The snack bar had only 1 or 2 drinks. All the snacks were picked over and there were no other “supplies’ there. With this facility not having vending machines, I’d have expected it to have more options than Diet Pepsi. 2. The signage is not great when getting to the first floor. The elevator we were told to use was like a maintenance elevator that opened to a very desolate room that looked like somewhere a guest wasn’t supposed to be. Once I just started walking, the signs were helpful. But I seriously thought that we’d stumbled into the janitor closet at first. 3. The room smelled so weird. It wasn’t mildew but it smelled similar. Maybe dirty mop water. It was tolerable but it definitely didn’t smell “clean”. This was my second time in the past 5 years that I’ve stayed here. And due to the reasonable pet policy and the very reasonable price, I’ll probably stay again if the situation warrants it. But there’s definitely a little improvement I’d love to see. Overall, the bed was comfortable, the refrigerator was handy, the bathroom was clean and the staff was nice. It’s just that the hotel is a bit dated and could use a little facelift.
