Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe pool was most definitely not heated. We had to wait for our room to be ready. Granted we were checking in on New Years day but the 4:00 check-in time should have given them plenty of time. At 3:47 we were told our room wasn't ready yet. At 4:05 I went back to the desk and after waiting another 8 minutes we finally got the key to our room. FYI for those traveling with little ones - the "crib" the hotel has is really a pack n' play. That might be totally fine you were but it was too small for my 2 year old. We also had to ask about 6 times for them to bring the crib to us, but again maybe that was just because it was New Years day and they were short-staffed.
The location was perfect - less than 10 minute walk to the beach. The outdoor area was really nice and relaxing. Really nice staff at the front desk and restaurant. Restaurant dinner food was good, not amazing but convenient and tasty - just FYI they do automatically add 18% gratuity to all bar/restaurant bills.

United StatesI didn't like used the staff elevators to use. because guests elevators were broken...so we used staff elevators. staffing was bit not so nice. there just were okay. the hotel look like Old apartments. I think they're in a middle of a remodel but Iam not sure. the room smell like just old. there were bit dirty things in the kitchenette in my suite I booked. but the bed were clean and the as well bathroom. good hot shower was the Plus. I didn't know were to get the ice. so I when to lobby to ask for it. she said to me you ready down there just ask the bar to get the ice..the bartender kinda nicely did for me ..I kinda feltit wasn't his job.
check in was easy I got there few hr earlier and they but my luggage in storage room. only person was super nice and helpedful our luggage to our room was the valet man came from another hotel to out with this locatio because there Christmas parties at inside the lobby other staff I feel there were just okay. I like the view of room. I booked a suite big room and cleaned bed are pretty comfortable. I like the value for the night. but If I had to stay few more nights I wouldn't. I just booked it for the water taxie for the day. it was something do for the day.we had a morning flight...

United StatesOnly 1 of the bedrooms got cool. No real cold air in the other bedroom. Maintenance came & looked at the A/C and changed the filter, but that did not fix the problem at all. Luckily it was manageable for 3 nights.
Had the 2 bedroom suite, which was perfect for our group of 4. Used the small kitchen & it had what we needed. Pool was nice & hotel close to water taxi dock. Maybe a 10 minute walk to the beach in one direction and a 10 minute walk to Publix in the other direction.
