The first morning the coffee was weak. Breakfast room too small. And the air wasn't turned on before we arrived. Also, had to plug in and turn on my refrigerator.

The front desk lady was calm and nice. Hotel beds VERY comfortable. And the old brick walls protected from any noise that might be going on next door.

The a/c unit was a little loud and would wake me up in the middle of the night.

Nice, safe location. Check-in was fast and attendant was friendly. Room was clean. Wood floors. Linens were soft and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was free and served eggs, sausage, waffles, and pastries along with juice, milk and coffee/tea.

They are in the process of upgrading - repainting the exterior (the source of mysterious beeping just outside my back wall) and possibly doing room upgrades too? Definitely in a OK-but-not-great "before" state for the rooms. May be better in 6 months/1 year.

Location was convenient, price was right, and breakfast was very tasty. Also bonus - they had coffee and tea available during the day so at check-in I was able to get a cup of tea.

I had some very noisy people above me one night, but they calmed their children down pretty early. That was nobody's fault. And the people next to me were kinda scary, also nobody's fault. Rooms need some paint, and bathrooms need to be updated.

The young lady working the front desk was so nice to me. The breakfast she set out was nice and fresh. A very pleasant stay because of her.

This is not the facility fault, however, the person above me was very loud in the very early morning getting ready to leave. And, I was quoted a AAA discount and it didn’t show on my receipt. I didn’t notice till I was gone so that’s on me. You just need to be more careful with other travelers. That $5-$6 dollar discount is very helpful.

The rooms are always clean and the hot breakfast is good. Plus lots of other breakfast items. The on-site Manager, Mary, was a nice, friendly person.

Room was clean, no odors, and reasonably quiet. The tv was a little small, but it worked and the remote worked and the channel selection was good, The breakfast was minimal, but adequate, and the person who both checked me in and out was friendly.

Receptionist wasn't very friendly. Holbrook in general looks quite sad and rundown. But note that this motel is on the main road north of the main district, and so isn't really in the main part of the town.

Room was standard, nothing fancy. Breakfast had hot food (scrambled eggs and sausages), a waffle maker, cereals, milk, and apples. The juice machine was out of order when I was there. There was however nobody else eating breakfast both times I ate there at around 8:30am - much different from similar motels where the breakfast area is usually pretty crowded, and I'm not sure why. There is decent food nearby. I chose this motel because of its proximity to Petrified Forest National Park, and the location did not disappoint.

Great value, friendly and helpful staff. Nice complimentary breakfast. Conveniently located near Petrified Forest National Park and located in a great little town with a vintage vibe.
