How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There were no complaints.
The apartment was very spacious and accommodating. The shuttle service was very convenient to get to the ski resort and other parts around Park City. The hotel was also very accommodating with our flight time and needs.

This is the best value in Ark City. The location is 5 minutes from PC Ski Resort and from Main Street.

Location was a bit far from the main part of town, and the hotel was very expensive, but I guess that's just the going rate in a ski town.
It was nice to have a kitchen and free laundry was much appreciated. Room was pretty decent.

There’s no closet, but there were clothes hangers and hooks. More hangers and hooks would be great.
Our 1 bed 1 bath condo was cozy and functional! Small kitchen had a range, dishwasher, microwave, sink, fridge, toaster, abundant cookware and tableware. The bed was very comfortable. Heating and plumbing worked great. Extra pillows, blankets and towels provided. Staff team was friendly! Would stay again.

Lack of soundproofing: You can hear everything from the adjacent rooms : snoring, loud conversation etc. Sliding door shutters not working properly, unable to let the daylight light in the living room or open the sliding door to let the air in

The room with bulk bed is too packed for us to stay. And no room for luggage, so we change to sofa bed which work fine for us.
Friendly stuff give us very clear instructions and great advise on where to go around Park City. Location is prefect, many restaurants and there is a 7-11 nearby. Apartment has everything you need and quiet, free coffee & tea 24 hours and nice hot tube. Free shuttle to ski resort is amazing!

Great location for skiing with many nearby restaurants and the well organized free shuttle they run to both PC and DV also on free city bus route, so no need to drive car once there. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice pool and whirlpool inside large garden room . Bathroom was recently remodeled. Beds and linens were very good. Checking I n was efficient and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at GetAWays at Park Regency resort. The property was just as advertised - a nice 1 bedroom condo with a very comfortable king size bed and a very well equipped kitchenette - along with shuttle service to and from the ski resorts and a welcome jacuzzi spa for after skiing. There are a couple grocery stores nearby and several restaurants also. We had a car for when we wanted to go the main part of Park City for wandering around. We would definitely stay here again.

I think the room description was a bit unclear. We weren't sure how many the room would accommodate. It didn't make much difference to us because there were only two of us, but I could see how it could be problematic for other parties.
We loved the pool and hot tub. And the bed was one of the most comfy hotel beds I've experienced.

The staff is friendly and kind. The DVD player would not hook up, but they came immediately and replaced it with one that did. We love the pool: clean, warm, and plenty of towels. The bed is comfortable. We had all we needed in the kitchen. The price is affordable. Great location. We have stayed here many times and enjoy each time we come.

I’m not gonna say I didn’t like it, but it was a little confusing getting into the parking lot depending on what direction you’re coming from
Easy access there was always parking even though I was kind of worried when I saw the parking lot Close to Main Street anything that you would do right there in Park city was great very close. Easy to get to.

The elevator, pool, and facilities were a bit in need of repair. Indoor pool smelled of chlorine strongly.

Did not have usb ports. Pool hours had an adult time from 9-10 and there were families who did not respect this time.
Loved having a kitchen and separated areas to enjoy. Two bathrooms was the best.
