When we checked in, they informed us that our reservation had been cancelled. They said the couldn’t tell who cancelled it. They also informed us that they were fully booked and had no rooms for us. As we were on the phone with Booking.com in the lobby, suddenly 2 rooms were miraculously available. We weren’t able to get in our rooms until several hours after the initial attempt to check in. I personally think that THEY cancelled our room because there was a big ski event that weekend and they wanted to get a higher price for the rooms.

Since I spent 5 nights, it would have been nice with cleaning once or twice during my stay. Also, I felt the heater was quite noisy and running 24/7. Whether I turned down the temperature or not.

I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed.

Older units. Wood fireplace. Living room setup was such that when you sat on the couch you had to look over the kitchen table to watch TV.

It was definitely not clean. There were marks on the walls, along with plenty of chips on them too. We had some issues with the A/C working on our own and it was super hot until we called the front desk for help (maintenance did arrive SUPER fast though). We also found a dead wasp in the middle of the living room floor which makes me wonder if it was vacuumed or not. A vending machine also didn’t work and ate our money.

The room is extremely small and although 4 people do fit it is very tight. The biggest problem for us was the shuttle to go skiing. It was almost always full when we tried to go in the morning and in the afternoon after skiing there are not many shuttles, so you may need to wait for 1 hour if you miss it

Tons of snow melted water in the walkways inside the resort. The indoor pool not connected to the main building via any hallway, must go outside.

Small counter space in the kitchen and the hot tub isn’t great.

The shuttle to the 2 local ski areas, 1. Park city mountain and 2. Deer Valley ski resort. The hot tub and pool, although inside and got hot and steamy in there, was nice when it was dumping snow. Full kitchen was nice & helpful to save money.

Think we got the worst room in the hotel. The location on the ground floor was not good. Felt like being in a cave, no view at all. Although we stayed there for one week, it was not possible to get another room. They said they were fully booked, but during the week there were a lot of empty rooms. They just didn´t care.

The doors should have handicap buttons you can push so the doors will open. I am a disabled person with one arm, and it was very hard to bring my luggage in and try and hold the door open with the cart racks.

Wifi was non-existent in the living room - you had to be in the bedroom that was nearer to the central courtyard to get any signal.

Condo was perfectly fine for a ski trip. Nice kitchenette and decent living room. Having the scheduled shuttle service to the slopes in the morning was excellent! And, outside of the schedule, they took you to and from Main Street with just a quick phone call - this made up for everything and would prompt me to stay here again!

The room smelled terrible and wasn't clean. The smell was a combo of old pizza and BO. It was ok for two guys who were there to ski and sleep but no woman I know would have accepted it.

The pool wasn’t open our whole visit which was a bummer, they had a shuttle that would’ve take us to the sister hotels pool but that seemed like a lot of work. Also our room was DIRTY! My son found a glass cup in his bunk bed and my other son found a shirt that was not his in his bunk bed. Which makes me think they didn’t change the sheets, because they would’ve found that stuff. Our bedroom had food and water bottles under the bed, I’m guessing from the previous guests.
