United StatesFurniture needs to be replaced. Dirty, stained, and broken chairs for a 4 bedroom ocean front suite room 1012. Couch had lumpy cushions and had to through a sheet over the couch as it was stained. There should be a standard for all rooms that are privately owned that are rented out through the resort.
Room location was excellent. Property was beautiful.

Always love it ! Alot of Amenities. The Sushi , Delfinos & Atlantic Grille are the Best. Spa is a definite visit. Beautiful & Relaxing. The only Reason I didnt give a 10 is we have been coming here since 2010/2011. It needs updating on the outside. We live locally & love coming here.

United StatesCouldn’t get a chair at the pool. People wait in line until the pool is open claim their chair, return to their rooms and don’t return for several hours. Therefore people coming to pool see chairs occupied with belongings but no people in chairs and can’t get a chair. Major problem.

United StatesWhen the weekend came around, the noise in the condo building greatly increased with more guests on property. It sounded like moving furniture above us until midnight and the echos of people yelling in the building commons was pretty loud.

GermanyThe villa above us was having an out of control party. I called the front desk to report the noise at 3 am. I could tell when security came by because it quieted down briefly, but then got loud again shortly after. The next night was the same. My family didn’t get any sleep either night, which I find unacceptable considering the price we paid to stay there.
We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. It was excellent in terms of size, cleanliness and comfort.

United StatesI thought the food was a bit expensive for the serving portions in some restaurants. The coffee shop is an awesome addition but it’s pricey - for example- if I want to buy just tea bags they should not be 4 dollars each (no water and no cup) and a refill for the coffee shouldn’t cost as much as the original coffee. Should be allowed one refill included. We spent a fortune there. The food and beverages were just really costly and the constant tipping - but we love the property and appreciate such good choices close by!
I love the lobby! The facilities are always immaculate- the staff if so friendly and always on point.

Location was excellent and overall facilities were good to excellent. Lobby staff was very accommodating and addressed all of my concerns in a professional manner. Exceptional golf course and facilities.

United StatesWe would have liked the website to be more clear about the cabana location, we had 3 children in our party but the website did not say that cabana 8 faces the adult only pool. Also, we were not able to reserve beach chairs for more than 4 online, we had a party of 9. We asked the time from Karen at the pool area restaurant and she replied, Do I look like a clock”.. the pool manager would not allow our diabetic friend to keep a small cooler with him at our chairs. We do understand the no cooler rule however he was very flippant about the medical issue and we felt an accommodation should have been made for medical. We wanted to change our 3 little boys clothes and were told we could not use spa area. While we understood the 16 and over rule, the person working in there was rude to us when she said that we could not stay there as she had guests coming in, we were also guests, she also didn’t tell us where we could take the boys, she just wanted us to leave. Rudeness of the staff seemed to be an ongoing problem throughout our stay.

United StatesTv in one bedroom didn’t work. Fan in master light didn’t turn off can’t sleep with overhead light on. Nickel and dined to death for what I paid for a week kids activity’s should be free. Going to have to fight with them on credit card charges they charge twice once at pool restaurants then again when you check out.

United StatesThe villas where we were booked were a bit of a walk from the rest of the amenities. We were located by the road and I didn’t like the traffic noise. The kitchen lacked a big skillet, dishwasher didn’t work well, the hall bathtub’s drain was clogged. The beach in front of the resort was not the best as there were rock outcroppings in the surf so swimming is difficult.

United StatesSmall amenities that could have been complimentary given the room prices such as morning coffee and little bags of popcorn in the afternoon were all added to the charges. The lobby and bar area were huge open spaces which didn’t feel cozy or warm or welcoming.
Delfino’s Restaurant is outstanding. The pool, lazy river and hot tub area were great. The beach is gorgeous.

United StatesI didn’t like the fitness center didnt open till 7! the tv changer and phone in my room (233 did not work). You have to pay for black coffee and it’s not available till 7 as well. if you are a early riser you’ll be waiting etc.

United StatesThe check in/front desk staff were not helpful with regard to how to avoid paying the toll bridge fee and the evacuation due to the tropical storm. They did not help us secure alternate arrangements once we were evacuated and they couldn’t guarantee that once the evacuation was over that we would be able to go back and continue the rest of our prearranged stay.

No informative (most places have on their TV network) on what is offered at the facility. No room (breakfast, lunch, dinner) service offered - the site needs at least two more restaurants to accommodate the people lodging.
