Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When complained about I was made to seem like a difficult guest when things were not up to par. Management did nothing to accommodate. Was even told I couldn’t switch rooms because there were non available. I was also verbally assaulted by a grounds worker for my clothing choices. And I was so scared for my life. My entire birthday trip was ruined and was awful because of that. Definitely not worth the price that was paid for the weekend. Should be a 1 star

Food was excellent and the room was very quiet. Had a blast at the pool! Playing in the casino was so much fun!!! Can’t wait to go back at the end of this month with friends.
