Dirty rooms, staff have no clue what’s going on, pool was overcrowded with minimal supervision, this place doesn’t care about their guests.

Horrible experience all in all. Started by check in when it is stated that check in time was at 4 and we were not able to check in until almost 6. Kept getting the run around with staff about when we could get our room. Once we get to our room the room was filthy, guard for the sliding door was falling off, thick dust all over the floor, tv remote had no cover for the batteries and was scotch taped, the charging port box was broken, and there was a line through our TV. Absolute disappointment for a place like this. Pool staff was completely lost… would not give my husband a pool pass the first day and then the second day one staff tells me that our kids don’t need bands to swim and another tells my husband later that the kids need to come back for bands. The pool was absolutely insane and packed with people due to they sell pool passes for the public so it was not enjoyable at all. The staff barely monitor the pools as trash was building up in the pool and my children kept having to pull out cups from the water. We had an issue with teenagers harassing our little children because these older kids were out of control. And due to the 4 th July weekend… the only reason why we booked at the hotel was to see fireworks. My husband called prior to and asked if we could see the fireworks from there and was told yes and that we could go to the pool deck for best view. On the 4 th.. my husband and daughter went to the west facing pool deck along with other hotel guests and was harassed by security ( Jocelyn) telling them they needed to leave the area and she did not care if they wanted to see the fireworks or not. She went as far as to threaten to call Biloxi PD. This place cares not one bit about its guests. The Golden Nugget Biloxi was a great disappointment for what was suppose to be a wonderful little get away from our family.

I stayed for 2 nights, and the hotel cleaning staff never cleaned my room. I had little interaction with the hotel staff, was charged more than advertised for early check-in.

Great location and scenery. Casino staff was very friendly. However, Michael Patrick restaurant staff were very unprofessional and were arguing amongst themselves.

They still have COVID protocol and no room or maid service. You have to call and wait for clean towels etc. We stayed for 5 days so that was an inconvenience. But the staff was very nice.

The room was nice, clean and comfy bed. We had a balcony with a GREAT view. Right on the main drag and easy access to Ocean City bridge where there is grocery store, Dollar general and all types of normal shopping.

The room was dirty. The floors hadn’t been cleaned. Previous guests socks were left behind. The couch and ottoman had spilled dried whatever on it. Think clumps of dust and hair. After talking to other guests their rooms were disgusting as well. Last time staying here. Even after calling front desk to clean the room they literally just picked up old socks. Not sure why housekeeping was knocking on the door an hour before check out, not like they were going to clean it. Extremely disappointed.

I had to ask for a cart at the registration desk to transport my luggage. Bathroom had mold in it. Front desk never answered my calls.

The staff was not at all friendly other than the waitresses at the table games. We tried to get a premade sandwich at the snack bar late at night. The cashier helped the people in front of us then walked off without even acknowledging us. After waiting a very long time without her return, our group went to bed hungry. There was a line of people behind us also waiting.

The cleanliness was horrible! Floors were dirty in and outside the room. This hotel need a major cleaning. The tub/shower was molded. There was dust on the bed headboard. Overall the hotel was not clean.

Loudness of guests… all through the night. Called and reported. Shower water nozzle was rusted and limescale was on it. Water was rusty and smelled. Our second room had no hot water. Also while I was at hotel front desk discussing this. My 20 and 11 yr old couldn’t get to me from elevator due to security. I got 10 ft from them and security still wouldn’t release them to me until she handed me a card. Maybe you should have machines on the second level where families are going to be. ESPECIALLY by the ice cream shop. Common sense! Then they gave a voucher for us to come back for our troubles. Shoot no I don’t want to come back!

The rooms were dusty, the water in the shower had to run for at LEAST 10 minutes before it heated up. Why would you put slot machines on the second floor where the hotel, restaurant, and shops are located? I felt harassed by security EVERY TIME our kids (of which 2 were 18) stepped off the elevator. We were NOT told up front that you had to be 21 to walk the hotel floor. Then there was mixed information with that. Half of the security said as long as they were with an adult 21 or older, they were fine. The next day we were told the adult had to be at least 30...what?? There were plenty of people coming and going with kids that were not even teenagers, and the parents didn't look over 30, but I never saw security stop them once. This put a damper on the whole stay. We will not be staying at the Golden Nugget again.

The pools, and the convenience of restaurants. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient.

The rooms were outdated and had some rust in areas. The shower was old and rusted. They do not clean occupied rooms, so the trash builds up, and you have to track the maids down for towels. The pool was also dirty. We went early in the morning, and there were leaves and debre all in the pool around the swim up bar. The jacuzzi also had what looked like sand all over the bottom. This will be my last time staying at this Golden Nugget. The Lake Charles location is NOTHING like this. I was truly disappointed.

They had a hard time locating my booking because on the booking website, I listed my guest in my booking, and the whole booking was then registered under his name in error. But once the manager figured it out. It all worked out.

Great location l, rooms were clean and great price for the money.
