Took the kids to play in the pool, it rained so we were stuck in the room. The TV didn't work kept cutting in and out of service. Turned the jacuzzi tub on and the water was brown.Went to eat at Bubba Gump and waited 20 mins to get service food was mediocre at best. Also ate at Lillie and the food crap!!

The room was very disappointingly small. The fixtures in the bathroom of the shower were rusted and the shower had a broken hinge. The wastebasket in the bathroom didn’t have a liner and and was rusted. The balcony was had two chairs but no table. We could have found this type of room at the Super 8. What we paid for this room was WAY TOO MUCH!! I also contacted the corporate office to let them know.

Had a great buffet breakfast at Bubba Gumps restaurant located in the hotel. Lillies Thai restaurant was also great as well.

the room was dirty and not cleaned well. no one came to replace towels or clean the room even though we were there more than one night. the pool was dirty and full of floating dead bugs and other debris.

the hairs in my bed - the wadded up toilet paper between my sheets when I turned them back - the staff told us the pool was open until 10 so I fed my grandson dinner then went to change clothes and go the to pool at 9 only to be told it was closed. after being in a car for 10 hours my 7 year old didn’t handle that too well and cried for the next 30 minutes!!! yet your staff didn’t seem to want to listen or care about that complaint! the only reason we even chose to stay at this casino was the pool - that was supposed to be open until 10!!!! we then tried to go to the ocean only to be told we can’t do that unless we drive a mile or so down the road!!! we had already drove 10 hours that day and were just excited to. stop eat, swim, and see the ocean!!! the only positive note was the food!!

staff was rude and did not care about the wait at the places offered to eat. the pizza place is absolutely horrible with the waitress aspect. I literally got up walked to the counter to pay because it should’ve never taken 2 hours to get pizza. get it together please. and not enough chairs at the water park area also. elevators take to long to get on because they are always full. I’d hate to see what a weekend stay looks like.

I had a luxury room without a small refrigerator in my room which was surprising to me. Also the remote control to the TV did not work and left over cereal from prior guests were on the floor near the sofas. I was a bit disappointed considering the price.

The check-in was good! The customer service ladies were very helpful and nice.

The staff was awful. Had issues with the room keys, the staff would not fix the problem for my wife. her ID was in the room and she could not get in. she had to find me to and we had to go to the desk together before they would fix anything. They were unprofessional and gave us the run around. I would not recommend his hotel to anyone.

toilet was loose. Hall way was dirty. Air rattled kept us up at night floors was dirty. elevator did not stop on the 6th floor twice while I was there (4days). mirror was not clean

The room was small for a balcony room, also they was not a microwave or fridge in the room. This was very inconvenient for a 3 day stay.

The pool was very dirty. A lot of loose debris and very cloudy. There was only one waitress working the bar and tables. we ordered two drinks and an appetizer that we needed to ask why it was taking so long for our order? Our order took 35 minutes and the appetizer was cold.

Location of hotel within the property. Access to hotel from parking lot. Ability to access amenities within property. The casino stank of cigarette smoke, the smell would knock you down as soon as you entered casino. I don't want to have to walk through casino from pool to my room. Close to a mile trek.

The rooms we're remodeled so it was very nice..Everyone were very nice and approachable..Bubba Gumps was excellent!

Our bathroom was very gross. Hairs and mildew all over the tub matt and so on. Phone was broken, and almost none of the wall outlets worked.
