I didn't like that The Valley I lay came and retrieved my cell from the room when we checked out and somehow another day misplaced my bluetooth speaker and I had to pay $30 when I got home to have it shipped to me because there mistake

The casino had plenty of games to play in I'm planning a different one to choose from

We asked for a room with a water view which we got, but it was so loud outside because we were by all the air conditioning units. We couldn’t really enjoy the balcony because it was so loud.

The staff was nice and helpful and the facilities were clean. Having a balcony was really cool too. The pool looked great too with the swim up bar.

the restaurant's inside is not that good except Bubble Gump and not enough roulette tables

Wish the pool could have been a little cooler, but I understand that’s not something they can always control with the weather.

Location was perfect. Restaurants all around and Ocean Springs is right over the bridge for shopping. Loved drink service while at casino. Other casinos we’ve been to don’t have anyone walking around and we’d have to get up and go to the bar for our own drinks. Major plus for golden nugget. Dinner at Morton’s was great. Many spots to lay out at the pool and the bar service was pretty quick.

We originally had a balcony room. We were given a room overlooking the entire HVAC system. I was told that if I wanted a water view I should have put the request on my reservation. We were upgraded to a two queen suite but it was only outfitted for two people with only two sets of towels. The shower leaked water all over the floor. Only one restaurant was open and two quesadillas and a 10 piece wing cost me $75 with a tip. I paid extra for two additional sauces but they were not included when I got back to my room. Staff taking food order was not very friendly and displayed an unwarranted disdain

The second room was large with a water view. Beds were comfortable.

We had food that needed to be heated up and we could not get a microwave nor would anyone heat our food up. We had to go to the gas station down the street.

The sink in the room was too high. Lighting in the bathroom was not conducive to applying makeup.

Liked H2O pool/bar, liked choice of slots and table games, but tables were too pricey for me to play.

Security staff they harassed my 20 year old son and his girlfriend anytime they tried to go to Starbucks or the candy store or pool and were told they had to have an escort. This was never mentioned at checkin. The day we left they would not let them come out the front door where I was waiting and his brother who is 22 was escorting them . They were stopped and made to go back up and around to the parking garage and walk back up the drive with their suitcases. If this is a family establishment then people 18 and over should be able to at least go to the pool, Starbucks and restaurants on their own.

Great pool, nice restaurants, easy to get around. Friendly staff. Except security personnel.

The rooms are dated, the valet closed at 8 and it was a hassle to get a bell cart and the walls were so thin I could hear the neighbor getting up at 5am and flushing the toilet and opening drawers. Also the lawn people came at 8am and although I was on the 10th floor, it sounded like they were right outside the room.

The distance from the parking garage to the hotel check in could be easier to access.

For the price of the room, a continental breakfast would have been a plus.

Security were hateful and harassed my son and his girlfriend. They were told they had to have an escort to go to Starbucks or the Candy Shop or a restaurant or the pool. They are 20 years old. They were not going to try to gamble. The escort policy was not mentioned at check in nor was I even notified. Then when we checked out my oldest son 22 went to escort them out to the front where we were paeans ready to leave and he was told you have to be 35 yrs old to escort anyone and would not let them come out front where I was parked and waiting but made them walk clear around the building with their luggage. This was inexcusable!!! If they are going to allow families to stay there they need to have areas available for anyone 18 and up to be able to get coffee or food without having to have someone escort them.
