I did not like how I could not pay extra for a full ocean view room with the balcony I requested. My husband and I was on our wedding anniversary and we arrived early. We kept asking the front desk almost every hour about checking In and all they kept saying was check back in an hour. Every other person there was able to get a room just like that and the fact that I even paid for our room early and was really looking forward to paying extra for an ocean view room was very disappointing. When we finally got our room after waiting 3 1/2 hours the coffee machine was dirty and looked like it did not get clean for years and there was no microwave after the website says there is microwaves in the rooms. The other thing was how thin the walls are. We had very loud neighbors and could hear everything they were saying and outside the door. Also I did not like that their was a door inside the room that went to the next room.

Our room did not have a fridge. The walk from the parking garage to the hotel elevator is a bit much but wasn’t terrible. Parking was rough.

The pool and poolside service was amazing! Monica was fantastic all day! The room was awesome!

It was a little upsetting that although the pool closes at 9pm, the staff started picking up things at least 2 hours prior! It felt a little like we were being put out!

We stayed in a room on the Gold Floor and it was beautiful! The bathroom was exceptionally clean and the bed was super comfy! We will definitely be returning!

No frige or microwave in room, you have to take three elevators and walk through the casino to get to the last elevator just to get to your room,. Michael's restaurant grill stopped taking orders just after I ordered and would not let me add a salad that was already made up to my ticket, then it took over 50 minutes just to get a Philly cheese sandwich, then they started taking orders again. Bad management!

We stayed for 1 night on the tenth floor and our first day coming to the golden nugget to check in the parking was confusing and we couldn’t find our way to get checked in for a while even after getting directions from 2 employees so we decided to go to the parking garage with the ramp and ended up having to walk through the casino with our luggage and noticed another family had to do the same thing, 3 kiosk machines I found in the casino were broke, 2 ice/vending machine area wasn’t clean and had a bad odor and one of ice makers were broke, both of our hotel room doors didn’t shut easy and we noticed our doors were open when we got back , the lamp outlets on both sides of my bed and the one by the tv didn’t work so I had to hold my phone and charge it on the wall outlet, didn’t like how the shower was set up

I liked how my hotel room looked and the view I had, I also liked the casino and the different options of restaurants that were available, I didn’t get to experience the pool but I thought it looked nice.

The room needed to be cleaned better. Floors were really dirty upon arrival. Bathroom needed some cleaning in shower and side countertops.

The staff was so friendly! From the restaurants to the pool area and spa services. Very personable.

We came for the July 4th event and security was rude asking us to leave the pool area during firework show after we paid our money to stay at the Golden Nugget. Which was advertised on the web as to where the firework show would be held.

Advertise two queen bed, but beds were full size.

There is no valet, they should have clearer signage to show you where to park and enter the hotel in order to avoid having to cross the whole casino with luggage and baggage. It took us two days to figure it out but we still had to travel through smoke and slots to access our hotel room. The rooms have no microwave or refrigerator. There is no buffet but the ad says it does. The showers need to be updated. I didn’t like having to constantly call for towels because house keeping is only at checkout. They should also put some sort of guide in your room to navigate the hotel amenities. The pools were kind of dated and looked like they needed some repairs.

Great location as it was close to the beach and easy to drive around the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that they had no carpet in the room. Terrace view was amazing. H20 bar/pool was nice.
