Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesAt 9:15 A.M. a guy with room service knocked on our door and before I could get up to answer he just walked in.Check out is at 11 not 9:15. What if my wife would have been in the shower or getting dressed. I am not happy about this .We believe in privacy and we were not happy about this issue.Also 45 minutes after the same guy is standing in the hallway just a few doors down. I understand the rooms need to be clean but they should not be walking into a room before checkout

United StatesThe parking lot was very dirty and it had a really strong urine smell. I would have used the valet but I needed to get stuff from my vehicle. I was on the 21st floor and that is too high for me.
I like the convience of everything all in one. Restaurants/ casino. Loved the pool it wasn’t alot of people since it’s off season. I did like the view in the morning when the fog cleared. Liked the location and how close it was to Prien lake.
