United StatesRoom wasn’t that clean. Overall looked clean but carpet had hairpins and safety pins on it along bases of the bed. Had to call at 5pm because our room hadn’t been cleaned. Starbucks staff was friendly but had no sugar substitutes or coffee stirrers out. That afternoon went back and still no stirrers or sugar substitutes out. Next morning went for coffee was told that it would take 25 minutes cause one of the pots was broken. Stirrers we’re finally there but no sugar or substitutes out. Really guys need to have these available before you open .
Lots of eating options, staff friendly, great entertainment at Rush, Spa was awesome. All restaurants had great food.

United Kingdomthere was no luggage rack in my room there was an issue with the ID scanning machine to gain entry to the casino floor. There was only one machine and staff were extremely unhelpful and unpleasant. We ended up walking to the neighbouring Auberge where the scanner had no problems reading our documents and the casino floor staff were very welcoming.

United StatesThe only drawback to this trip was our room. For the amount we paid to stay here, I was very let down by the quality. The bed was hard, the TV screen was broken, our toilet was broken. (It made a terrible screeching sound every 30 mins or so) we didn’t bring it to anyone’s attention as we were busy with family and overall really enjoyed our trip. It was a bit of a let down as we were told the Golden Nugget was better quality than L’auberge.
The food and nightlife had great options for everyone. The staff was incredibly friendly

United KingdomOver 100 degrees and no parasols/shade at the pool unless you had $400 to spend on a Cabana. Nothing to do in the evening if you have a child. Band playing but in the Casino area where U21 are not allowed.
