United StatesGolden Nugget used be considered an upscale resort. It seems now its resorted to an upscale Motel 6. Rooms, carpet, bathrooms were all old and 80ish. At least it was somewhat clean. Defiately not a marquis resort it was in the past.

United StatesRoom furniture had chewed corners, ends of furniture, bedframe were chewed like a dog would chew furniture. The hotel is "pet friendly" however the room was awful, security hassled us about our service dog. Room was NOT what was reserved online approximately 5 months prior to stay. Bubba Gumps was great! "The Deli" was disgusting - the meat on the hot sandwich was cold and tasted like slimey, processed lunchmeat. Definitely was not the "best" NY Deli. Decided to give the "deli" a 2nd chance the following day, ordered nachos and they had no cheese. They informed us of 2 items that were available to order and were "out" of everything else. The only time we spent there was to sleep. 1st floor room is convenient and has a table with 2 chairs on the patio area however, dogs have pooped all over the grass and rocks and poop has not been picked up by the staff. No dog poop bags were available either.

United States!st day in room there was no soap. Housekeeping responded pretty quickly. Second day room was not serviced. Third day I had no bath towels and tried for more than 3 hours and never got any. I had to go to the front desk late that night to get them myself. The casino was terrible. Lack of tables. Tables closed hours earlier than they say they are open. Bed was super soft and pillows were super hard.
Nothing about the Nugget. Remote. Poor gaming choices. Lack of housekeeping and employees everywhere.

United StatesOn top of a dubious "resort fee" of $12 a day, we were badly surprised when this "pet friendly" hotel charged $50 a night (plus $6 tax) on a $65 a night room. They also asked that we put a baggage tag around our dog's collar when we were in public areas. BE WARNED, if you're going to go here with a pet they do NOT disclose this on their website (and neither does Booking).

United StatesThe receptionist was very rude she took forever to check us in first she said we couldn't have the 2 rooms I booked close to each other and they were on different floors when I had booked my rooms 4 months in advance do why didn't they have my rooms together than she said they were all booked and there were no more rooms avaliable than she said let me see if I can move things around . So she finally put us on the same floor but 1 of the rooms smelled really bad like cigarettes .👎☹️

United StatesThe room had dirt from no deep cleaning . Only had light cleaning, we did have a pet room but with a 50$ deposit I would expect the room to a least be 80% clean. The bathroom doorhad been chewed up from dogs The sliding door was filthy,. You get 1 coffee per person a day. The bed was so lumpy and surly hadn’t been updated in years. We will never come back. Also went to the front desk to check out and asked for idimized bill and was told the computer was down..she said call us later and I said shouldn’t you offer to email us a copy so she took my email address but I’ve never gotten it.
