The temperature in the common areas was too cold. Even after staying there for the last 16 hrs, we are thinking about staying at another hotel next year.

So many people still smoke! Hard to believe casinos still allow it in 2024!! We both were sneezing and eyes burning because of smokers.

Best & mellowest place to stay in Laughlin. Not really old & musty like other hotels in the town... Good size casino & not too huge. Staff all very friendly. Liked being on the first floor facing the Courtyard.

Only a slow single elevator to access rooms and very few bathrooms on the casino floor.

Restaurant variety, especially Claim Jumper was outstanding. The visual appeal in the lobby and courtyard was exceptional .

Most convenient elevator was out of service the whole time. Resort fees are high compared to room prices ~16$ per day. When playing at the tables it was hot during the day and could stand some better a/c. Charged a 15$ early check-in fee on a Monday when clearly there were rooms available and clean. Didn’t offer any upgrades on rooms when checking-in.

Property appeared clean, casino dealers were 50/50 with some nice and some basically asleep with zero personality. Good location, and the food at the restaurants was really very good. Parking for boats and RVs was convenient.

Your 75 dollar per night fee for a 20 lb dog are insane. It will prevent me from ever staying there again. I was going to bring my family for a week but in November but when I learned of your dog policy I was frankly incensed you even had the nerve to say it. Why not just stop accepting dogs? It’s idiotic. Unfortunate

Their elevators were not working. Climbing stairs with luggage is ridiculous. If you are handicapped forget it. This hotel is getting run down.
