From check in to checkout the staff was friendly and informative. The room was exceptional, close to access the dog area. The room was clean and well maintained.

The elevator is trash, made noise that what scare you to death. Vending machines never worked for weeks. Shower would not drain. Toilet would not flush.

Their beds have this waterproofish mattress pad cover and it makes you clammy and sweat all night! I don't think ours have been washed or replaced in a while because after laying on it for a few minutes you could smell previous people's body odor! It was nasty and very uncomfortable

We love the golden nugget! The atmosphere is perfect for us! It's right in the middle of Laughlin which is great!

cobwebs on the ceiling as well as in the sliding glass door area. The bathtub did not drain well.

The dog room was good. The sliding glass door to the outside made it easy. The hard wood floor was good.

My room view was the parking structure, which was ok since I didn’t open the curtain. The wall paper was peeling off in the hall, and only the bottom floor ice machine was working?

Price was real good. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and the TV, Refrigerator, air conditioner and coffee maker worked great. Parking is free, very convenient and the parking lot was patrolled and felt safe. Very quiet place. Overall, a great place to stay.

Being denied drinks to the pool area by whomever answered the phone to take my order because, well... they're lazy & don't care about customer service.

Dennys staff & Claim jumpers staff were great. Golden Nugget staff, not so much.

Nasty cigarette smell throughout the hallway and a bit in the room, even though it was posted “no smoking since 2022.” Resort fee that you can’t waive.

Rooms not too clean - Inside of coffee pot was moldy. The mattresses may need to be replaced. Bathroom shower dripped so horribly loud that we had to close the door to not hear the sound.

The front staff lady was very rude she didn’t even want to give me my room even though I booked it. Just gave me attitude the whole check in. Also the bathroom had hair in the tub and the ceiling looks like there were water leaks coming from the other room that is on top of that room, the ceiling had bubble pockets from the top. Also there was no towels, washcloths, bath mats or hand towels. I had to call down to get it from the front, again the lady at the front seemed to not care but gave me my essential that I needed.

The beds were comfortable and the scenery outside to the river is beautiful
