Owner is a nice guy but probably he has not seen what is hospitality so he is somewhat rigid for rules and regulations. I think that’s not his fault as that’s how he was raised. I suggested him to visit an Asian country to experiance what is hospitality (India or Thailand).

Very small kitchen Limited availability of staff. Ran out of TP. No staff to provide more. Bathroom needs updating/repairs. Floor was warped. Seals on shower need to be replaced.

Excellent location with free parking. Nice common area. Very large room with separate sitting area & table. Near aquarium and park.

The bunk bed squeaked loudly each time I moved.

They had tea, a fridge to keep food and the kitchen was available for use. Staff provided a map and info about fireworks. The rooms/bathroom were clean and spacious.

The radiators kept venting/purging during the night, which was a bit annoying. Also, since the kitchen has no door towards the room, we could hear the fridge during the night.

Very good location to visit the falls, since you can take the path that goes along the downstream river all the way to the falls site. Host was funny and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean.

I can't think of anything to complain about. There were no TVs which might not suit some but we hardly spent much time in the house & definitely didn't miss a T.V

The location was perfect for accessing the US side of the Falls and it was easy to walk over the Rainbow Bridge to the Canadian side. We had a very spacious,warm,clean bedroom overlooking the Niagara Park and all the facilities in the house that we needed. Parking was plentiful & easy. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience there, thank you.

It’s close proximity to Niagara state park USA & Jeff gave us some valuable tips about shortcuts and where to find food around the area. We checked in after the reception hours but Jeff was kind enough to waive off our surcharge which was a great help. Place is spacious and had a kitchen area equipped with stove and a fridge. We could even see the Niagara fireworks from the room window.

I was there for only 3-4 hours of sleep, but the squeaky and noisy beds were not helpful, and the WiFi was weak in certain areas. Otherwise, everything else was good.

I had a pleasant stay at a downtown Niagara hostel, thanks to the welcoming and helpful staff, especially Mr. Jeff, who allowed me to drop my bag early. The accommodation felt more like an apartment, with a stove, fridge, and dining area. My room was clean, and I had an upper bunk bed. The location is excellent, being very close to Niagara Falls and other attractions.

Extra charge on reaching at 8 pm, there shouldn't be additional charges. If you have booked a room you may come anytime.

The shower/tub combo needs non slip decals and/or a grab bar. It would be nice to have a table lamp in addition to the overhead lamp. Also, a larger group would need more than one power outlet for phone charging, etc. They have very strict check in times that end at 7pm. The guy on duty was helpful and friendly enough, but don't expect hospitality.

Located right across from the trails that go to the Falls. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. There's a stove, fridge & dining area. I loved the feel of the room.It felt more like an apartment than a hotel or hostel dorm. It would be a great location for a small group getaway.

This is excellent spot to stay near by Niagara falls and having all facilities nearby. Staff is very good, location is extraordinary good and infact its a great hotel with all key facilities. Don't miss it.

The AC was too cold and I didn't find a way to adjust it. Each 6-people dorm shares only one bathroom so it could be tricky if the dorm is full. (I went on weekdays so the dorm wasn't full and overall it was fine.)

The price is unbeatable with its location. The house is old but clean. Overall I had a great stay.
