I liked that it was pet friendly. The sauna was definitely worth checking out it was amazing.

The TV remotes were challenging to understand, some printed instructions would have helped. The bathroom shower/tub needs some work. The tile grout and caulking needs to be redone, and the tub drains very slow. After 2 minutes in the shower, there is two inches of standing water.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The deck chairs were a cozy upgrade, and the massage chair in the living room was a nice bonus. This apartment was on the third floor, and the view was much better than the lower floors, because we could see over the trees/vegetation in the dunes between the Hotel and the beach. Wonderful view!

The only gripe I had was the fireplace wasn't working. Would have loved the ambience of it, but enjoyed trip overall.

I like the location where we were. The pool and hot tub was great. The room was awesome, there was no frying Pan. But we utilize other things to fry things with. The only thing that was a negative for me. 20 six, about 9 AM requested for towels. And I had to call back about 4 PM. Because we did not receive the towels other than that. Other than that, everything was great.

The state doesn't let them cut the trees between the beach and the hotel. Another 2 years and almost nothing at Ocean Shores is going to be beach view. Also accumulating sand means most of the hotels are actually 1/4 mile to the beach through scrub pines and seagrass.

Nice big apartment, well decorated. Big 270 degree deck with a view of the beach except where the trees are too tall. Fabulous beds, WIFI was good. View of the beach from the kitchen, bedroom, living room. We were on the 3rd floor, any lower and you wouldn't have had a beach view.

Ever since I was a kid we stayed at Grey Gull. The atmosphere is very calm, but staff will greet u coming down to the lobby.

It would be nice if they had an ice maker on the north wing of the building.

The room was wonderful and loved how it was decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you could ever need. It was perfect and we will definitely be back!!

The floor was uneven and it felt like walking on uneven ground. No breakfast.

Door lock needs to be looked into; possibly realign the toggles, as we had some struggles getting the keys to work. Notified them upon our departure.

Room was a studio with kitchenette; full bath; gas fireplace; ground floor with pool access; very clean; bed was comfortable.
