The room did smell musty and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. My allergies were horrendous there, both mine and my husbands. I think there was mold in the room.

We liked the jacuzzi tub in the room.

air conditioning was set at 65 degrees but didn't seem to be very cool pillows were small luggage cart was hard to handle walk from the lobby to the elevator and room was very long especially with the luggage cart being hard to handle

I made the reservation in November 2022 for an April 2023 stay. I did get confirmation of the reservation. When I got to the hotel, they did not have my reservation and they were fully booked so they had to send us to the "sister" location. That location was under construction for remodeling so the amenities were pretty much non existent. This was a huge disappointment and our stay was not as good as it should have been.

We didn't feel safe--sign in the lobby said Rochester residents could not reserve rooms per the police department. Hallways smelled of Marijuana. Room was not clean & water pressure was lacking in the shower. Check in process was some random guy who didn't give much information

The upgrade was not an upgrade. The stove was broken, there was only 1 wash cloth but 3 towels, room smelled musty, the path to get to the rooms were long and awkward, the staff seemed too good to help you like I should know where I'm going. It was not comfortable, and I did not feel safe. It felt very sketchy.

The staff was completely disrespectful. The cost of the rooms went up as the days went on. We had 4 rooms and stayed 7 days. The cost was unbelievable. Was quoted a discount rate but never reserved it. Very dissatisfied 😒

The service desk associate named Tommy was most helpful with checking us in and also, helping to replace a blown refrigerator bulb in our junior suite the very next day.

This is my 3rd year in a row staying here & I will keep coming back bc the price is so reasonable, the pool is nice & the breakfast is amazing. Staff is always accommodating & friendly. My sink was plugged when I arrived & they switched me to another room.

staff was vary rude pool was gross looking the hot tub was closed the first night we were there opened the next day and it was dirty my daughter hand had brown stuff on it so made them get out it was not worth the money for a kitchen net they had super dirty dishes the morning they gave us issues about wanting more towels and was rude there was on nice person the whole time we were there was the guy that checked us out he was super nice but other staff were horrible last year I stayed at this hotel and they were amazing idk what happened in a year but it needs to go back to the way it was

I was disappointed in booking.com reserved price was $68. Booking,com gave me a free upgrade because of my Genius status and when I arrived it was $112, no good. I feel I was scammed, because of booking.com.

There was a red stain on floor. No idea what it was. Person smoking pot outside the door when we came back from concert. There was a whole family of people in lobby when we got there that were related or friends of desk clerk. The kids there were all over and out of control. For breakfast nothing worked and it looked awful. We couldn’t eat there in good conscience.

Staff was "meh"—friendly but not particularly that welcoming. Facility was older and worn and smelled sort of like urine (really). The floors needed vacuuming and the halls were dark. There was some food-stuff (like cat food) in the sink drain in the room. Breakfast was wimpy—waffle-makers but no syrup, cereal, bagels with a tub of creamed cheese, oatmeal. They can do so much better!

Pretty many amenities right there (I had no car) including very nice walking trail to park. The shuttle to Mayo was great. Attached BBQ place was good. Much more affordable than other properties in the area.
