Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomOnly two little issues, room needed more lights a central ceiling light would help and no drawers to put things in, we used the metal baskets on kitchen unit. Apart from theses things the room was comfortable and very clean.

United StatesThe beds were very hard making it difficult to get good rest. I was told I would have a late check out by staff on Saturday night and would be contacted if management did not approve. I never heard anything from management so I went to the front desk on Sunday morning after eating breakfast to ask what I needed to do to make sure the cleaning staff knew we had a late checkout. This is when the manager told me there was no late check out! We had 30 min to get ready and get out.
The breakfast was good and I appreciated how long it was available. The pool was also great! Staff at check in were friendly.

10 🌟's Awesome! Clean very courteous staff and the breakfast was really good. Loved the banana bread waffles. The food was fresh and hot. They were always making sure there was plenty of hot food. My husband and I are on a month long road trip for our 50th Anniversary. We left on March 25 and stop every night at a new place. We stayed at this Hampton in on April 17th. This place was hands down the Best one so far. 💯

United StatesThe bed was hard and generally uncomfortable. The toilet was so noisy that it woke the other up every time it was flushed (exploded). There was no exhaust vent in the restroom which is very unpleasant in a small hotel room. The duvet was laid over the duvet insert, which was a noticeable sign of laziness in the housekeeping routine. There was NO complimentary water, cookies or fruit and when I mentioned it, the desk clerk was quick to tell me that none of those were EVER offered. I’ve been a loyal Hampton customer for over 20 years and KNOW these certainly were ALWAYS offered. She argued with me about it and I deduced that it had been complained about many times and that she was coached to just deny that these were ever part of Hampton’s Customer Service. Best Western is far superior in customer care and I have switched from Hampton to Best Western starting now. The desk clerk was slow and only spoke to get info and it still took 5 minutes to get checked in. The breakfast clerk was the only friendly face. I continue to have bad experiences from this hotel chain and have had enough of hoping it was just a particular location that was bad. I’ve now realized the customer service just keeps dwindling down and I’m done with Hampton Inn.

It was humiliating and was treated like I was begging for something free. I work hard long days get a little dirty. I've been to many hotels and have never been treated like this

This was the cleanest motel room I have stayed in in a very long time. The locations was excellent, close to restaurants, shopping, as well as it was close to gym our boys played ball at.
