I didn't like that the walls were so thin. We could hear our neighbors like they were in our room. They were having a party laughing and smoking weed. Glad I had ear plugs.

That it was dog friendly and our rm had a cool patio with easy access to some grass. So nice to sit outside of our rm.

The bathroom door is literally right next to the toilet, and if you are on the toilet and someone like your kid or spouse open bathroom door it hits you lol. minor thing, but not a deal breaker.

We love the pool. It's big! Shallow end, and a nice size deep end that's separated with a rope, and floaters. The jacuzzi is always full, but that's to be expected due to cooler weather at night. The bartender inside the little bar area is so nice.

The bar in the hotel closed early. No elevators for seniors. Also, no microwave in room. Didn't like the fact that you have to pay for parking.

The beds were comfortable. We were able to book our two rooms next to each other. Rooms seemed pretty clean. Fairly spacious.

It’s a bit dated- although the rooms were clean and comfortable, they could benefit from renovation, especially the bathrooms.

The hotel offers most anything you could want and it’s well located and easy to find. The staff are great!

The ladies at the dest we’re excellent, friendly, personable and accommodating! We enjoyed our stay! Great location, easy on/easy off highway! Manuel in the cocktail lounge was was super nice and even helped we I left my glasses at the hot tub. Very helpful and I appreciate that! You have a superior employee there!

I didn’t like that they charged for parking and the staff followed my teens around while they were downstairs by the lobby/ pool area making my kids uncomfortable and feeling targeted.

I would not choose Hotel Circle for a personal trip, as there is not much close by. Very limited food options without driving. The cleaning chemicals used were a bit overpowering, and the free soap and shampoo were not great.

The hotel was nice, but a bit dated. The pool area was well maintained and relaxing. I stayed there for a conference nearby, but the location was otherwise not special. Rooms were comfortable.

I didn't realize this hotel is multiple buildings (all outdoor), so upon checking in, I already parked my car in the self-parking lot only to have to go back out after and drive to the actual building I was assigned to (which is not a huge distance but still, had I known). Also parking fee is $18 (not $15 that's listed on the website). There is no water fill-up maching so there are vending machines in my building, which did not work after multiple attempts (waiting to see if I still get charged) that I alerted management about upon check-out.

Room was clean and tidy. Pretty standard; a little on the older side but nothing that was not acceptable. They have a restaurant in the lobby area but I didn't eat there so I can't speak to it. Although I did not use it, I wasn't aware that they had an Enterprise Car Rental office right there on the premises so I could see that being an advantage for travellers in the future.

Nothing against the staff and we should have mentioned it but there was a weird smell in the room we just got used to and overnight the room over us made so much noise it's like they were moving furniture around.

It was a lovely area and room. Staff were extremely helpful. Cannot flaw. It's a shame we couldn't stay longer.
