Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Loved that the pool had a beautiful outdoor heated pool and inner courtyard in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city. Such a relaxing and lovely stay and an incredibly convenient location! The staff were very helpful and kind. Great community. Will definitely stay here again when I come to San Francisco.

Location was excellent and staff was great. Well maintained property and very clean. On-site restaurant is currently closed but they give 20% discount to cafe Mason around the corner which was excellent. Well equipped rooms with USB charging ports, coffee maker & bar fridge. Rooms have tall ceilings and were quiet.

GreeceThe room was dirty (there was spilled coffee on the wall when we entered the room). The staff dropped us a note very early in the morning (approx. 6am) about our checkout time (11am) which I found extremely rude, especially if we consider the price of the room and we already had been communicated verbally the checkout time. This has never happened again to me at any other hotel in the US or abroad.
The location was amazing and the room was very spacious.

We picked this hotel for the location and it didn't disapoint. We were literally steps away from transport and shops and it was easy to find our way around due to this. The room was spacious for 4 people and the beds were really comfortable to sleep on.

United StatesI was very disappointed with this hotel. It was not comforting. I did not receive what the room I booked. Should definitely update photos because nothing was shown as expected. I was having issues with the a/c in my room. The staff & maintenance man were rude & very unhelpful. For how much I spent for one night & parking was definitely not worth it. I have high hopes but ended up disappointed.
Valet parking was nice and gentleman were nice. But were rough with my car brakes. The security throughout the whole building was 10/10
