Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandThe room we were in was in the 'new' building which was a bit of a walk from reception. The only way to get bags up to the 'new' section was either to carry them up the stairs or use the wheelchair lift.
Great location close to Union Square and all amenities such as Cable Car, Trams and shopping. Felt safe, room was a great size (we had a King premier) with its own balcony with opening door and seats outside.

Fantastic location, spacious rooms and lovely staff. My air-conditioning wasn’t working when I first arrived. The staff were incredibly responsive. They quickly assessed the situation and moved me to another room. Highly recommend.
