The only reason we might not book there when spending a week at the beach is because one of my favorite things to do is to sit on the balcony to enjoy the view of the ocean while I have my morning coffee and this hotel does not have any rooms with balconies.

We liked everything about the property, from the location, to the awesome deck with the bars and the restaurant and the gelato and pizza place in the lobby for when we wanted something quick when we were on the go. Our room was very nice and modern and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised as we had never stayed here before and only found the property online. Our only regret is that we only reserved one night as we were trying out different beaches in Florida, but we will keep it in mind for our next trip to Cocoa Beach and will stay longer next time.

The website was deceiving no balcony. The pool was to small with the amount of people at location. Should of had lower rates because of renovations (loud)

This hotel was amazing 5-7 years ago. It’s so dated now and falling apart, and we had no A/C for the entire stay. They gave us a $100 credit and wouldn’t move us, saying the whole hotel is out.

Very high 'full-service' hotel rate and food prices for a 'budget' service facility. NO room housekeeping, ONLY part-time dining facilities, (full-time Friday, Saturday, & Sunday), NO Room service, High overnight parking charge for Sel-parking. If the 'excuses' are: 1) Pandemic issues. 2) Labor shortage, then the hotel rate should be 60% lower with food lower prices and FREE parking and WIFI. Otherwise it was a ripoff.

One of the front desk staff did not have conflict/resolution skills and was very rude. Gave up very easily and got manager. The manager however was very kind and easily provided a resolution. No housekeeping! Towels and garbage along the hallway for several days all along the hallway. Called for towels to be delivered within the hour and got them 5hours later. Had to get vacuum from housekeeping to have floor vacuumed on day 3. Vibe was very uncomfortable. Left a day early to transfer to another hotel. So glad I did, had the opposite experience and found a new beach to stay at in the future.

The omelette was fresh juice must have been squeezed which I like. They use unfiltered tap water everywhere even other locations I’ve been to. Tap water in Florida is nothing short of terrible Any nice hotel should leave cheap bottled water for guests I found no vending machine on my entire floor. I was dehydrated to the max that night. I saw damaged walls, over looked the boilers or whatever the heck the fans are for. Don’t believe our floor was vacuumed in the room. Ordered a king bed got two queens. Roof is so low that anyone taller than I would have a problem. Don’t think I’ll be back since it’s definitely not worth the money. Best western or holiday inn would be a much finer choice.

not beach front as pictured and advertised as. window was too high to see out of, the veiw was as of the garbage and not the ocean as advertised. no decent place to set outside, construction going on where we could have set.

Toilet didn't work. I paid/reserved breakfast through booking.com and when i got to the hotel, they had no record of the breakfast, and were very rude when i told them i had paid for it, and they kept trying to force me to add it to my room. The last morning i had to leave earlier for work, and my sister who had breakfast with her kids were confused, and they strong armed her into adding breakfast for 4 to my room which was very maddening.

Toilet didn't work which made having 3 kids and their bathroom breaks very difficult. I communicated this to the hotel, and nothing was done about it during our stay. Pool was ok, a little small for the amount of kids in it. Beach was really nice.
