Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesBoth furniture& room showing some aging. Bottom of bathroom door had water damage a few inches up as well as mold around the faucet in the shower. Towels are stored on a shelf beneath the sink which had brown splatter stains on both the shelf (inches from towels) and the wall. One of the two water bottles provided in the room ($3 each I believe) had an open seal and appeared to be refilled. Overall much clearly has been overlooked by housekeeping and management. Would not stay again considering there are much cleaner and equally as comfortable options in this area.

United Statesour air conditioner was broken. we called a few times. they tried to fix it. it would only hold for an hour or so then go out again. made it very uncomfortable after being outside all day and wanting to come back and relax in a cool room. they were booked both days so they were unable to allow us to move rooms. nobody could sleep at night.

PolandNoise within the room coming from it's appliances. AC and fan are very noisy. Even when the AC and fan was turned off some noise stayed and it made the bed vibrate, this was disturbing during the night, I had to move the bed away from the wall, this slightly helped. The room was also poorly sound isolated. I could hear everything that was happening in the room next to mine but also on the hall. I got a room for handicapped person as I asked for a tub, and it seems they do not have them on regular rooms. But the tub was very shallow and short, a pleasant bath was not an option anyway.
Big comfortable bed with many types of pillows. I use normally natural filling pillows, not everywhere they have them. In Hilton Polaris in regards to bed and pillows I was super satisfied.

United StatesOur room was situated in front of the lights for the Hilton sign in facing the front of the hotel. While the room was clean and comfortable, you absolutely had to draw the curtains so that you weren’t blinded by the lights.
The area is close to the mall and within a short distance to many local food and entertainment options.
