Parts of it was under construction. No room service.

It was clean. Great location. Accommodating, but no room service. Nice room but did not really look like the picture on line.

*Daily cleaning wasn't the best. *Paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. *There was no room service. *The price of the food in the market area was beyond ridiculous. *As were the very small alcoholic drinks.

*The location and the staff was amazing. *The food at the restaurant was exceptionally delicious and unique. * Pillows and bedding were very comfortable *Great hot water in the shower

That the buffet was closed due to construction but I understand since it’s a open bar food thing . I just really wanted to try

The staff at the bar were terrible (not all of them but most) - very uninterested to help and quite bad attitude. The hotel is clearly going through renovations- it would be great for this to be stated up front.

No breakfast was available because the Hotel was being renovated. The only option we had was what was called the Market. We were assessed $35.00 a day which we could spend there. The items were way over priced. I think changing $4.00 for Snickers bar is a bit much. We were even charged the $35.00 our last day we were there and we couldn’t even of spent it. Liked the room but the rest of it not so much.

When we arrived the hotel they told us they sold our room?!? So they sent us to another hotel for first night. They sold my already paid room !?! So don’t trust the hotel before you get your room they can sell yours too. Because they are doing every time. I just saw 3 families like us. They sent us in the middle of the night 3 blocks away they told me they will pay the transportation I paid 19$ to go and 19 $ to come back next day and they told me they will only pay 19$.

Definitely the location. It’s just one street away from times square and close to everywhere in manhattan. Although the hotel manager unprofessional behavior , we went to new york for vacation and hotel is in the best position

Ideal location - majority of the attractions are nearby, target is right in the front for grab and go , subway and theatres are just a walk away …

The reception and the manger at reception

Bad staff..reception is incompetent..manager incompetent..made me pay for th room twice once online and once at check in..i had to dispute for weeks to get a refund

Nowadays, incidental deposits returned right after check out. Even the other franchises of hilton do that, But I don't understand why this branch don't follow like those other franchises...I stayed in double tree by Hilton, Embassy suits....they returned right away. And furthermore, I wish they have USB charging outlet for those traveller's who come from 220V electric using countries.....Nowadays this is also becoming common in almost all hotels

I paid for breakfast thinking it was a proper breckfast not just a bit of fruit yogert and coffee ..behind the chairs as u get out lift on 42 floor was disgusting so dirty ..staff not helpfull ..took 250 out of my card twice and did not tell me y they did that ..said monies b returned..we c ..
