Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesA minor disappointment was telling the front desk of a temp control issue. Thermostat would have an error code after running a short time. Room got a bit too warm. I had a three nights stay and it never was addressed.
Breakfast was OK at best. The hot items were inconvenient to remove from their display container. Location is great for food and fun. easy access to the highway but far enough away not to hear traffic noise. I've been to this location several times and will continue to go there.

United StatesAll of the pot smoking in the first 6 rooms after turning right after getting off the elevator. I have a service dog trained to alert me to smoke and she alerted me 13 times on our first night alone! It says all over the property that it’s a smoke free vape free hotel apparently they can’t read

This was all on booking.com I had booked the wrong date by accident and I submitted a date change through booking.com I am aware that the property generally responds within a 24 hour window and that would have been fine except the property never received notice of any change from booking.com. I made the reservation on Tuesday morning and changed early afternoon. I hadn’t heard anything back from the property so I called them directly and the gentleman I spoke with did an excellent job making the correction and we had a place to stay. Booking.Com still has me listed as stayed on the wrong date. I originally scheduled for Saturday the 8th and check out on Sunday the 9th of February. Please take better care of your customers and pay more attention to detail. Home2 Suites Polaris did an awesome job.
The property is exceptional and the staff is excellent.

United StatesWhen I arrived, the staff- wasn't there and I needed to call and wait for 15 minutes to check-in at 8:15 PM. I then was given two double beds instead of my King bed that I had booked and when I asked I was told that room was out of order.
I loved having the kitchen in the suite, very convenient.
