we went there with our handicapped son to celebrate his birthday by letting him play in the pool because they have a lift there. when we arrived the battery had been removed from the lift (we understand that, to keep children from playing with it) but only one person could put it in and he was not there. He could not swim that eve but it would be fixed in the morning. No it was still not operating the next day. Dad talked with the general manager and again was promised results. We went out for lunch and decided if the lift was not fixed we could get him into and out of the pool ourselves. When we got back there was a sign on the door saying “Danger pool closed. WHAT? We were told this time that there was smoke detected and it would be open “later”. It was not. When we left the third morning the sign was still there. Ee felt like this was done because of us and responsible for other guests not being able to swim. Very nice accommodations but very poor service. We went only for the pool and our time and money were wasted.

Where do I start? First night my wife's purse got locked into the room and the hotel staff apparently had no access to get the door unlocked so we had to wait 12 hours to get it back. We got a new room for the night while that room got handled. We heard conflicting reports from nearly every single person at the hotel regarding our stay. The pool was freezing, and the new room we got the remote didn't work to the TV so my wife had to go get new batteries along with the TV consistently had to be rebooted as disney kept freezing. Also, the shampoo dispenser was broken, but I simply popped it back into place. Update: 2 months and still no refund issued. Booking.com said the hotel has never provided documentation.

I was overcharged for my stay which was a headache trying to reverse. When I asked about some of the equipment in the gym there wasn’t anyone to assist me or know who to call. There was not a manager there most of the time to address issues. I asked for the room to be cleaned and they brought new towels, leaving the dirty ones in the room. They did not vacuum properly prior to our stay as I found Bobby pins and food on our floor. When I asked for additional waffle mix for my children they said no because they were closing breakfast in 20 minutes and it would go to waste. Overall the price was decent for the short time I was visiting but I honestly don’t know if I would go back!

The hotel is located by an outlet mall and many food options especially for little ones. The pool and fitness center was clean. Breakfast was decent for being included in the price. Most staff was friendly.

I stayed for 4 days and I wanted to stay longer really needed 1 month but big price jump. And rate changed daily. I don’t stay in hotels very often so this is probably normal to happen at every hotel , if so then there’s nothing that I didn’t like .

ALL staff provided excellent guest service! From the beautiful well maintained view property exterior with comfort seating areas to the clean lobby clean. Smokers cigarette dispensers in all areas for us smokers. Rooms very clean( and I am picky also have OCD yet I was very impressed, romm fully stocked, and comfortable. Great breakfast. BEST PART.. THE LAUNDRY FACILITIES ARE FREE WITH STAY!!!!! And 2nd BEST PART the TV welcomed me with My name on the screen!!!! That alone had me feeling like I was important and a priority guest to this hotel.

The only downfall which wasn’t a huge deal was the pool was freezing. it was too cold for me to even get in, but my kid didn’t mind.
