Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere isn’t much i dislike about the property other than there could be a little more in the breakfast options. I do also wish the tvs had an option for apps we can sign into to watch, such as Netflix. Minor things overall, but could be improved.
I loved that there was a saltwater pool rather than chlorine, along with the state of how clean the hotel was while not smelling just like chemicals. Sharie at the front desk was very helpful and informative. Overall a great stay.

Nice size room, may have been a suite because it had a full size refrigerator. Bedding was comfortable. Bathroom was fine. We asked for a quiet room. -- the room we got was right by the elevator, but sound on our floor was not a problem.

United StatesI think the things that I felt the most let down by were: 1. An absence of breakfast meats. No bacon, sausage, ham etc. 2. Lack of pastries. No croissants, muffins, scones etc. Only options were assorted bagles and bread for toast. 3. The toppings for the oatmeal were plentiful, but the pot of oatmeal was essentially empty, sraping the bottom of the container status.
The breakfast was pretty tasty. I really enjoy hotels that have a make your own waffle station. There was also a nice setup for oatmeal, yogurt and various toppings to customize however we wanted. A case was provided that had biscuits (American) and basic cheese omelettes as well as fancier omelettes with veggies. There were 3 different cereal choices, options for milk (Various fat percentages). My daughter especially enjoyed the juice machine and the different varieties of Juice.

United StatesThe card to unlock the room was difficult. The wifi was super slow. The breakfast had no variety, same thing everyday. The beds were hard. I stayed here couple years ago and was very happy. This year not so much. Too pricy for what I got.
The cleaning crew was very friendly. The room was very spacious.

CanadaWe did notice some areas that could be cleaned better such as the foot stool and the exterior of the dishwasher it looks like the hotel could use a bit of sprucing up.
We really enjoyed our stay great breakfast, a very roomy room, staff was great especially the maintenance man who help us get rid of some cold drafts, we would recommend this hotel.
