United StatesUnfortunately, the in-room Wi-Fi was horrible to the point I was unable to get a connection at all. I was able to connect to the Ethernet port in the room but my wireless devices were useless.
The room was very comfortable. I rather liked the trendy layout of the room and use of curtains instead of solid barriers. The hotel leans toward the young and fit lifestyle with a prominent fitness center and healthy dietary choices in the breakfast buffet.

United StatesThe only negative is that the bathroom had the lowest toilet. It was like a toilet that belongs in an elementary school. They really should replace with a normal height toilet.
The hotel was modern and attractive. Our room was very large and comfortable for a family of four. It was very clean. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The free breakfast was good. The little pool was never crowded.

Home2 Suites has always been my favorite Hotel never had any complaints about it, but this July 2 to the 5th it wasn't as pleasant as always, first problem was, ( and this was Booking.com fault) the hotel wanted me to pay for my reservation after I had pay everything thru the bookin.com app, apparently the app didn't send the payment notice to the hotel, I spend 2 hours on front desk while they fix that problem, after all that was fix and they gave me my room the facility had a strong smell like humidity I told the front desk lady but all they did was to send the maid to clean I had to buy Frebeeze to get rid of the smell, the morning front desk lady was always in a bad mood I didn't like her attitude, usually all front desk people before her would take care of you with a smile, and would do anything to make your stay pleasant this new lady can't be in a costumer service area, this is the first time after many years that I didn't like or enjoy my stay now the night shift lady's were very helpful and pacient to fix the mess bookin.com did with .y payment.
