We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI don’t like the incidentals added to my bill when the email states the total is supposed to include fees and taxes. My total was supposed to be 1179.00 and they took out 1283.00 and said the incidentals would be added back after our stay. I don’t like that.

The front desk replaced it, Showtime was advertised as "Free...it was not available, it would not come on. Our room did not have a " do not disturb " sign for our door to keep housekeeping from coming in.
