How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The breakfast could of offered a wider variety of items but the coffee was good! Overall it was a wonderful stay and doordash is always an option.
Very convenient location. Very clean and roomy ! The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and kind. The cleaning staff were very helpful. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Have never had a bad experience at this property since we have been staying there over the years
Have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and they are always First Class. I especially would like to thank the staff especially the young lady that worked the front desk Friday. There was some confusion with the way the rooms were booked and she took the time and got everything straight. She even remembered when I had canceled several weeks in advance to explain the booking preferences. She was outstanding

Not very sound proof, especially the bathroom. The doorway was tight and cramped. My fiance had a rough time in that area.
Location, cleanliness, staff. The bed was nice, as well as the couch.

Housekeeping didn't speak English and couldn't provide the extra towels needed for the stay
It was in the perfect location. Didn't have to travel far to get to locations interested in. The upkeep was exceptional. It smelled and looked wonderful. Didn't get to interact much with staff being on the go, but the quick passes were pleasant and professional.

A lot of the construction that was done was half assed or unfinished but there was no equipment on the property to make you think that construction was still happening

I didn't like that the TV's didn't have bluetooth for air play/screen share or that there were more available apps. I had to unplug the HDMI for the cable and plug in my son xbox and connect it to wifi for us to watch the apps we're subscribed to. It wasn't a biggie, just thought it might be worth mentioning for possible future upgrades. Also, while the beds were very comfortable, it felt like I was sleeping under thin sheets. I love that the rooms get cold and fast at that but I'd also like to be warm while I sleep :) . Maybe, there could be an option for a thicker comforter or a quilt at the front desk upon request so guest don't have to purchase one or travel with it. I know there's possibly rules and regulations for having thicker comforters or more expensive to put in every room but just a suggestion.
I liked how comfy the rooms were! It was like a studio apartment. I loved that there was a fold out bed within the couch because my kiddo does karate in his sleep :) There was enough space for him to play with his toys and on his xbox and we weren't on top of each other. The staff members are A1, very welcoming, polite and showed a willingness to help with questions and concerns. One of the House keepers noticed my son left his phone in the room and she came to give it back to him right before we checked out. She went above and beyond, I know some would've just gave it to the front desk and called it a day but she was my life saver for putting it in our hands instead of going back to the room and asking around or possibly having to replace the phone. I'm grateful! Pool area was clean and nice! my son got in for a spell and had fun, there were complimentary towels before we went out as well. The breakfast we enjoyed it, liked the options outside of the hard biscuit bread lol but I know it's because they sit out.
