The small carts for luggage just don't work for us. We need to bring a lot of stuff because we have an autistic boy and the small carts just don't work well for us. We have to make extra trips and still stuff tips and spills off the cart.

I loved the. Location to the island and parkway without being on it . Kids liked the pool. I enjoyed the workout room. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast . The staff was very polite on all interactions

The breakfast wasn’t our favorite hotel breakfast. We skipped it on the second day and went out to eat. But, everything else was great.

The property was very clean and the location is wonderful. We loved our stay.

Bed could have been a little more comfortable but honestly. Everything was fantastic.

It was nice and spacious. The rooms and the rest of the facilities were cleaning, staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Location was perfect for us because it was right by our venue.

The only problem I had was the USB charging ports bedside were quite worn, I had to use my glasses case to wedge the cable tight for contact.

Breakfast offerings were average, perhaps more carnivore choices. Staff were friendly, and very welcoming. I loved the location: close to everything, but not on the main road, so it was quiet.

The pool itself didn't feel heated. The room was so hot it was hard to breathe in... so swimming wasn't the best.

Most of the staff was delightful and helpful! It was comfortable for my family, including my fur babies... and the location was perfect! Will definitely stay here again!

Beds were not comfy. Very hard. Also we booked a king room and when we got there only thing available was queen. Though we were upgraded to a suite, we had to sleep in separate beds due to not enough room for us due to my husbands knee surgery recently.

All the dogs barking during the day. Couldn’t communicate with Housekeeping with google translate. The ice bucket still had a used bag of water in it.

In walking distance to the Island where we spent NYE. Loved having a kitchenette with dishes and full size fridge. Breakfast included was great except they didn’t offer non-pork products. All meat was on a breakfast sandwich for those who wanted any sausage or bacon

Breakfast was ok. Definitely not the best breakfast. It also wasn’t consistent. Some days there were breakfast bowls but some days there weren’t.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great. Close to Dollywood, easy to get to and close to shopping. A really great location.

Pet charge was too high. When I first arrived and asked about local transportation, ie trolley the woman at front desk didn't seem to understand what I was referring to.

Easy to find and to get to. Very kind and knowledgeable woman behind the hot food bar. Comfy bed, great shower.

The breakfast doesn’t have space enough. And poor coffee. The clean room I asked and they didn’t. The staff told me it’s ecology hotel just clear after 3 days.
