For some reason the halls were extremely hot and stuffy

The hotel was very nice and clean and in a great location. Not far from the beach. Driving distance. And there were plenty of places to eat near by and within driving distance.

Well, upon check in I was asked if I had pre checked in, I said no. When I gave my name I was told that I was already checked in. I told them I was pretty sure I didn't. I was given the key and my husband took our things to the room, while I stayed down stairs. When he walked in someone was already checked into the room. My husband was livid ( he could have been shot)! When he came back down the receptionist looked into it and found out that there were two Whitfield's that were registered for that day (different first names) but who ever checked that couple in they possibly did not check ID's because they put them in the room that was scheduled for us. While we were extremely taken back by this, we decided to speak with a manager and hopefully they can use this as a training/teaching item as what never to do again. This was our 2nd year staying at the hotel. We were here the year before for out 30th wedding anniversary for 7 days and had a ball. Overall, we will be back.

Easy parking, wonderful reception staff, very comfortable suite, great view over the airport, good shower, decent Wi-Fi and very quiet. Bonnie (receptionist) was utterly brilliant and went the extra mile to help me with a problem doing some printing. Loved the fire pit!

Only thing to fuss about is needed car...wish it was a little more walkable BUT, easy drive around town! So really NOTHING to fuss about!

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Clean hotel. Easy access location however, car is needed. Smores by firepit at night (we didnt use but it did look inviting). Decent breakfast. Overall, pleasurable experience! Oh yes AND great coffee shop across the street.

Include more vegetarian breakfast options. Wish I was provided with the invoice when I checked out. Staff said I would receive it through booking.com but I have not until now.

I have stayed in this hotel chain before. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. It was located right next to a local airport but it was never a nuisance. They provided marshmallows and chocolates to make s’mores.

Breakfast had protein and yogurt… thank you. It still wasn’t quite delicious. We heard aircraft early and late. Would appreciate if the fan could run steadily to cover outside noise.

The breakfast was not the best. Don’t like wrapped-covered eggs under heat lamp. Eggs cook extra,😩😩😩 get hard too. No bacon or sausage. No fruit either.☹️
