There were a few places in our room that we're not in as clean as it could have been. There was some mold in the shower I had to scrub off of and the floor in the bathroom behind the toilet also had something on the floor and wall. At first I thought.it was unable to be removed but no I.was able to scrubbed it off without much trouble. The one other thing that bothered us was we reserved the room for one week for a decent rate but when we looked into staying another week the price went up $60 more a night. I understand why the rates change but it was a big jum p and we were frustrated that we had to find another place to stay. We were staying due to a fire in our apartment building. Our neighbor set the building on fire on purpose.

Everyone there were excellent in making sure all our needs were met. The hotel smelled great in every area of the hotel. We loved the breakfast and the access to the laundry facilities. The rooms were large and comfortable especially the beds. We also loved the bedding itself and the kitchenette was great to have. The hotel was quiet until they had a large junior varsity hockey group came to stay. They were quite loud at times but even then it did not disturb our sleep.

We were on the 3rd floor and the people above us were thumpers when they walked. Unfortunately, given the construction between floors, if people above you are heavy-heeled walkers (like the young woman above us that we saw when we changed to the top floor on our second night) you will hear it. It was annoying as the thumper was walking - seemingly pacing back and forth - until about 1 AM. We were moved to the top floor the next day.

Breakfast was great! I especially enjoyed the waffles and pre-prepared cheese omelets. The front desk staff were very accomodating and friendly.

There was an issue with my billing. Staff was nice it just took a while and a lot of back and forth to get it fixed. It just took too long and was an inconvenience.

I really liked the property. Clean modern and comfortable.

We were there from the 10th to the 14th and never got our room serviced. No towels, no sheets, no coffee, nothing. Had to ask the desk for service, and she couldn't tell me if we were on the housekeeping list for service. When we arrived back at the hotel later in the afternoon on the 12th, we went up and still no service. Saw the housekeepers and asked if our room was on the list to he serviced. Said NO. WHAT?! Ask if he had towels and said no, he didn't but would get us some. Came back later with the whole restock of bathroom stuff. Told him thank you and closed the door. Overall, it was comfortable.

The oatmeal was not as warm as I like. The demand for regular coffee exceeded the supply and we had to wait it to be refilled.

As i checked out Monday morning about 5:30 am on June 2,2024, i was especially impressed by the young lady at the front desk. She is a tremendous asset to your company. (Wasn't happy about parking problem, due to painting lines!)

I found leftover food in the fridge. Had to throw it out. The breakfast needed alot of improvement. I find a dish with stains of food on it. Silverware was kinda dirty looking. Options were very minimal. I stayed at another hotel not far from this one and it was full of choices. Including healthy opinions.

I liked the place and the staff was nice. It was clean.

Customer service wasn’t good enough they don’t even tell us at what time was the breakfast starting or ending. At the time that I go to breakfast 9:15am it was nothing to eat.

I had some difficulties with my pre-paid reservation, I arrived at night and had to accept to be charged again on my credit card, because the employee had some issues with the computer system. In the morning, a more experienced employee made the necessary and cancelled my charges. This is the only reason I didn't give the perfect notation.

Very clean, comfortable beds, and we really enjoyed the breakfast, got pancakes, bagels, grilled bread with an assortment of different spreads, very good coffee, freely available 24/7 in the lobby. Plenty of parking, very next to the hotel entrance. Good location between Providence and Boston, very good value for money.
