Our phone in our room didn't work, not even a dial tone. Several light bulbs were burned out, and cleaning staff didn't have any replacement ones. The TV remote was basically useless and with no channel guide or instructions how to use the TV we didn't for a while until I had to call the front desk from my cell phone (since the room phone didn't work) and they explained how to use the TV. Still no channel guide, and limited channels in English. Other than that our stay was perfect!

Location was great! Staff were knowledgeable and nice! Rooms were perfect, spacious and clean. This hotel inside and out was beautiful and clean, and had the best continental breakfast that we have ever had!

The only negative thing I can say is at breakfast my son had a sour milk.

Our stay was the best! My little family stayed in a double queen suite and it was wonderful. The hotel is extremely clean and cozy. Our beds were so comfortable. Having a full size fridge and kitchenette was the best part. The breakfast was amazing as well. It was cute seeing doggies while passing through the hallways!

There was a mix-up with our reservation. I reserved a one bedroom suite because we were sharing the room with another couple, but the prior guests, in what would have been our suite, extended their stay. However, the room we got was discounted appropriately and was actually quite spacious.

It's a great place to stay and we will definitely recommend it to friends. We will also stay again. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The amenities were also great. In addition to the pool, there were BBQ grills for guest use on the patio, a small basketball court, and cards and board games available upon request.

The Room was comfortable and a good value for what we spent. The facilities were clean and the staff was very nice. They were prompt when we needed something like towels. The location was good to be able to reach all the places we needed to go.

Ativan was stole from medicine bottle. It wasn't noticed until after we had gone because the bottle was left in the bag. OTC medication was not touched. I tried to call the hotel but I could not get through. Basketball court looked full sized online, but was about one-fourth the size. Walls are a bit thin.

Breakfast selection was great. Pool, laundry, dining and grilling area was very nice.

The room prices could always be lower but the main disappointment was having those bush league cheap styrofoam plates and bowels along with plastic utensils at the breakfast buffet. For the prices we paid I would think a Hilton hotel would have actual plates and bowels you can put food on without breaking after you put a few eggs and sausage on or cracking a bowl after you fill it halfway with cereal. Also have spoons an adult can actually eat with instead of using a plastic spoon made for infants that can only hold 3 to 4 Cheerios at a time.
