Event weekend, price was high for Lubbock. No elevator. Hotel showing it’s age. Ready for a detailed cleaning and some paint inside. Lack of grounds maintenance evident. Lots of cigarette butts and spilled drinks on the grounds. Boogers wiped on wall of my room.

Easy to find. Many stores, fuel and food nearby.

I did not like that the floors seemed to sound sticky and just not up to code. Our floor tiles seemed to lift a little and there were some chips in the decor but that honestly wouldn't keep me from staying here. Just relaying the information for future guests.

I love how accommodating the location, price and staff were. I loved the variety in the breakfast and how helpful the woman was who waited on us.

Front desk behavior was very rude and insulting. After I got the key we went to the room and we found that the room was not prepared. Food waste was spreading on the bed. We asked for room change and he called someone ( may be manager). After sometime he was saying other rooms are expensive which very much insulting to me. BTW, we paid $391 for 1 room for two days in this hotel. It is already overpriced and he was saying expensive in his insultive expression. Second day, I asked for changing the bed covers and other things, but they did not.

There was no shower curtain in the room. The iron was broken and ruined my pants when I tried to use it. The couch was stained and torn.

We checked in around 2 am and our air conditioner was out in our room. But the place was fully booked so they couldn't give us a different room. Stayed one night with no A/C, maintenance fixed it the next day so we had air one night of our two-night stay. The front desk gave us a box fan to use.

Front desk employees were nice. I was compensated part of the room fee for the one night without a/c.

It would have been better if we had a 1st floor room because my wife is handicapped and had a hard time climbing the stairs. So she stayed in the room from Friday night till Sunday night when we left while I was at the bowling tournament.

We were in a handicap room and the shower chair had not been moved or mopped under for some time. I used my wash cloth to clean off the seat and cloth was very dirty just mopping under the chair on the floor. I would recommend changing mop water more often.

Breakfast was great. Bed’s were great. I miss carpet on the floor.

The bathroom could use a little more detail to cleaning. The corners of the floor were dirty. The shower grout was also dirty in places. The laminate flooring in the bedroom area was coming up in many places, which made it very loud to walk on and could have been a tripping hazard,

The beds were very comfortable. Had plenty of pillows. The night attendant got us milk to make tea, which was very nice.

The only serious problem I encountered was that the floor of my room was dirty enough that I decided to keep my shoes on while in my room. It looked like it hadn't been mopped in weeks.

The best aspect of this hotel is it's value for money, I got 4 nights, breakfast and a pool, for less than $300. It is a reasonably good hotel at a bargain price.

The elevator wasn’t working so I had to climb the stairs with my luggage. The hot tub wasn’t hot and only one of the jets worked. Saw other more minor things in need of repair.

The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good and the price and location were good.
