The room was very clean, but a bit tired. There were little webs hanging from the stucco ceiling. The one chair was stained, and the decorative cording was falling off.

The lobby area, pool and games areas were great. Something for everyone to do. The pool opened at 10 am and closed at 10 pm, which is great for not being woken up or trying to get to sleep while kids are yelling in the pool.

There was a lot of drinking going on and there were many people in the pool in regular clothes without bathing suits. The area seemed to be not following the rules and there was no accountability by staff.

I didn't like the breakfast very much. I did like the coffee. The game area and the pool inside with the way it is set up for families was great!

Wanted to swim, but the place was such a mad house with such large child birthday parties going on, just didn't want to have an audience for just me and my husband to swim. It looks like it's a fun place for families/with children to have a great stay. The morning breakfast was good, however, there were sooooooo many people in there, it was pretty chaotic.

Loved the King suite and the extra large jacuzzi tub! Bed was comfortable and the suite was roomy. Enjoyed the balcony view over the pool area.

Slightly outdated. Pool is "heated" but still very cold and not tolerable to stay in long. Breakfast was good, but simple and not many hot choices.

We travelled from Scotland visiting my son who goes to UNOH and this hotel was in a fantastic location for us and just of the I75, we stayed for 9 nights. Our room was perfect and had everything you could need. We were able to get an extra bed for $15, which we thought was per night but we were amazed that this was a one off payment and we could have the bed for the duration of our stay, it was handy as it meant my son could stay over when he wanted. All of the reception staff were very helpful and friendly and resolved any issues we had very quickly. Breakfast was fab and just right, again the staff were very welcoming. We tried the Pizza Lounge several evenings and the food was really nice with a good choice and not overpriced. There was a pool too which was a nice touch although we didn't use it but others did. It was busy on weekends with families so was a bit noisier and week days it seemed mostly working people which was much quieter. I would thoroughly recommend anyone stay here and we will definitely stay here again should we find ourselves back in Lima.

If I had choose one thing the pizza bar was not open. but other than that I didn’t find anything wrong with this hotel.
