The floor inside the room was not vaccuumed. There were lids and hair lying in between the two beds.

I didn’t like the staff by valet they saw and heard we came from Texas and immediately didn’t help unload our luggage ,they didn’t even speak to us except one Latino with glasses valet guy that saw how we were being treated.he welcomed us and our children to our stay and took our bags to us also help my husband park his truck a couple of blocks down . New York is all about money so be prepared for sneaky tips and fees!

The only thing nice was the location and the view !

The bathroom needed renovating as the bath had bits peeling off it and it was very tired looking.

- No refrigerator in the room. - The bed is too small for 2 adults . - No bellman before 8 am. - We waited for half an hour for anyone to help us in the luggage and ask the reception for that but nobody cares. - The reception took very long time to found my reservation from booking.com.

- The Location is Excellent, in heart of NY Time Square.

Wi-fi connection was very bad - didn't work most of the time. Front desk staff did try to help but there wasn't much that they could do about it really.

Location was really good, price was fair. The cafe in the lobby did a lovely caeser salad. Appreciated the daily water bottles in the room plus additional water bottles that front desk staff gave to us, very much needed in the July heat!

a/c never worked properly whole time their. Was checked first night (thermostat didn’t work) & told would re-check in morning (but told may be too expensive to approve change. Had minimally cool but not ever fixed or worked properly or offered new room

Might as well NOT have a bar with the limited hours of operation and SUPER HIGH prices ($15 drinks and $8 beers???). You must not want to be in the bar business. This hotel itself is NOT a destination. It's a place to crash. Why charge so much for drinks? There are places up and down broadway with less expensive drinks. This was a big disappointment.

Great location, very pleasant housekeeping staff, efficient front desk staff (the check-in line was out to the stair landing but it moved pretty efficiently).

- No mini fridge in the room, not ideal for longer stays - Pillows are way too big, no option for lower profile pillows - Hotel and rooms are pretty dated - Could hear everything being said in the room adjoining my room

The front desk staff. They were kinda rude. Especially the guy with the british accent.

We liked the room. It was very clean. It was close to all amenities. We felt safe. The concierge was very helpful.

The bathroom was clean, and the only thing grab our attention, was when we were taking a shower the shower head needed to be changed, It did not bother us we were more worried the water hitting the ceiling would damage the ceiling. also, wash room faucet also needed to be changed.

The Location is very very good. I could stay out as long as I wanted or keep popping in my room and out. we were 3 people in a double bed it was enough. not enough shampoo and towels but when we asked the hotel they brought us many. we asked many times for water they delivered it to our room. everything worked perfectly so may place to eat around us. we also have a view of city we could see all the lights from our room.

There is no lounge area in the reception therefore no real seating in reception. The bar only opens after 5pm and lacked ingredients to make some cocktails on menu. The towels in the rooms are very small. On first arrival smelt like someone had smoked in room.

The hotel is very clean, the location is prime and the staff are helpful and friendly. Air con worked brilliantly.
