The poor welcome on reception, male member of staff I didn’t feel was welcoming by he eas the only one.

In the room, there was supposed to be a lounge chair as advertised and as shown in the picture, however, they had put a cheap banquet chair in its place. I reported this to the staff who were unhelpful, so I took it to the manager. She said all the stories about Covid and how they were affected. Too much story for a lounge chair. In the end, she sent a roller chair rather than a lounge chair. I would like to request that you do not put the banquet chair in the room as it looks very cheap. Given the high room rate, one would expect the room to have basic amenities. It affects our mood, since we want to have a pleasant holiday experience and not spend time complaining.

Some staff members at main reception are rude along with their duty manager. They misinformed us and charged USD 75 extra per room to get check in at 11.30 am otherwise they will allow us at 3pm as we were coming by taking 14 hours flight. Another guy at reception was giving complimentary check in at 12 pm.

Excellent location at main times square. Property is old but maintained.

Not clean - no fridge - no bathrobe or slippers - stuff in front disk not friendly at all - and by the end of every day u will find security man check who is coming in the room by checking the room keys if it is with u or not 😂

Nothing bad to say at all!

Front desk was friendly, helpful, gave us early check in and rollaway. Prompt and helpful ! This hotel is right in Times Square. We had a great view. Bedding was extremely comfortable! Shower was great! I also love how fast the elevators are.

Check-in line long and no parking or discounted parking included for guests, although expected for NYC. Shower floor in need of renovation.

Location in Times Square is vibrant and also a good hub to get to other places. The rooms are adequate and surprisingly quiet for being in such a bustling location.

I wish there was a better view of Times Square for the extra money I paid for the room just for the view. But I did not get the room with the proper view. Highly disappointed ☹️

I feel like our room could have been cleaner, our room phone didn’t work, the drain to the tub would drain and kept filling up.

I thought this was a great location and easy access to most things on Times Square.

The room was absolutely filthy, the curtains were so disgusting that you felt dirty, even touching them. The lights front/electricity was all messed up in the room. When I reported it to the front desk upon check out, I will say they tried to make it right, I told them I was not looking for a refund, and they said they still wanted to credit me, but they couldn’t because I made a reservation through Booking.com and not right through the hotel. Lesson learned I will always go through the hotel from now on, you don’t save anything going through Booking.com. And if there is a problem, they can fix it if you go through the hotel.

Single use toiletries, plastic cups make the 2/3 travel sustainable rating highly questionable. We also had to queue for 15-20 minutes to check in when we arrived on a Friday night, exhausted after a full day of traveling - only one person at the counter for most of the time - no apologies or information given by staff

Everything was great except the beds could be a little bigger to be more comfortable.

Bathroom tub needs replacement with new quality tub. Also room carpet should be replaced. It’s dirty and not properly vacuumed as well. Rest everything is good!
