Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Statesroom was hot and bed linens were very scratchy. I called front desk on a number of occasions with an easy question but no was answering. when I DID talk to hotel staff they were helpful though. wish it had a restaurant or food OR a refrigerator sine no food.
Nice, central location. The shower had excellent water pressure and lots of hot water.

United StatesWhen we arrived, they didn't have our reservation and had to go hunting it down even with my confirmation number. We waited for 15 minutes. They eventually gave us a room. I'm pretty sure the room hadn't been cleaned. It looked like they came in and just made the bed. Trash in and out of the trash can. A wet towel on the floor near the window.... I would have screamed about it but the view of Times Square was sooo good and it was only one night and we were exhausted. I would have expected way better state of the room since we were paying for the Elite Level. If the room was clean and there was no mess up with the room it would have been perfect. Then I find out 2 days later they are filing for bankruptcy....not sure of their future.
The location was amazing and the girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room view was unbelievable.

Location was great! We didn't understand why access to Broadway was blocked. The website was misleading, suggesting that there were restaurant services available in the hotel. The Concierge didn't even know about the Harrison; the Check-in staff did, but said they couldn't recommend it.

United StatesI didn't like that it didn't have a mini fridge or microwave wave. In the picture online of the room didn't match the bed picture in the room one of the reasons I picked the room was because I loved the bed skirt the design it had it drew me the color of the curtains to the chair and bed skirt I really liked the blend but the bed didn't have that. Also the tv had a options for chrome cast channel. But I was informed that it didn't work and that options was no longer accessible so I'm like it shouldn't be there. Its people hopes up to a service no longer offered Ijs..
I loved the fast check in. I liked the layout of the room. The room was nice and clean with nice shower and the water stayed very hot which was a good thing!
