Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesHotel was old. Needs update. Was informed they are closing for 6 months to renovate. Shower handle fell off and has cold weather. You had to turn on the sink faucet and shower at the same time for over 10mins to get warm water. Maintenance came to our room three times.

United Stateseverything, staff was not really welcoming, the room was not clean at all the tub was disgusting my family of four would never take a shower in that room it was so dirty n looked like it was painted to try n and cover the dirt, some lamps were broke n barely worked the carpet was sticky n dirty our socks were sticky our room key did not work n had to go get them replaced our first day and parking for less than 24 hours was $95 the room and hotel was not worth the price for 1 night less than 24 hours stay location is nothing without a clean upkeep room. will never book at this location again.

United StatesThe WORST HYGIENE conditions. When I showered, bathroom flies stuck to the ceiling of the bathroom shower booth, and when the water hit them, they floated down as dead bodies. I told the concierge, but they coldly told me to speak to the manager, and after waiting for 20 minutes, I finally met the manager. The manager was rude, said they would send someone, but no action was taken during my entire stay. We had a SHOWER with BUGS during entire stay! The WORST hotel experience I've ever had

United StatesI didn’t like not having towels in either room for two days. I didn’t like not having hot water in one room and the other room took 20 minutes to get hot. I didn’t like that one room was 67 degrees at all times and one room was a sauna. I also didn’t appreciate finally getting towels and the next day when our room was cleaned we were without towels again.

United StatesTo use the hot water in the shower you had to turn on the hot water in the sink. I don’t know why, but to take a hot shower the sink had to have the hot water running, if not it was very cold. No microwave or fridge.
Walking distance to pretty much every thing, clean, safe. Great view! Awesome people who work there.

United StatesWe did not have hot water the first 2 nights. Only 12 chanales on the tv. Could not connect any apps to watch like Netflix - prime -hulu. Tv played the same shows for 5 days. Heat in the room was set at 74. No way to cool the room down. Fans were drought to the room. We cracked or window to get some cool air but the staff would close it every day. Housekeeping walked into the room every day with out knocking or announcing. The just would open the door every morning around 9:00 am as we were getting dressed.

We were getting ready for events, and my entire group of 7 was forced to get ready in one room. Throughout the ordeal we remained extremely polite with the entire staff yet nobody followed up with us even after asking for a call back.

Nothing. The room is very old. Every thing is broken. The staff is very rud. They charge us on the credit card without our permission 250$ because they claim we smoke in the room. We are Not smoking and we did not smoke. When we spoke with the manager her answer was "despute" the charge. We will not come back and not recommend to anyone in this price you can find much more.

United StatesThe water was not hot in the shower - very hard to get a shower with warm water. The hotel hasn't upgraded the TV menu even though they no longer provide room service. The hotel restaurant doesn't allow "to go" orders which is extremely hard with children in tow. The temperature was very hard to control in the room.
The location was great even though we typically don't choose Times Square as our hotel location. The check-in staff was very nice. Our room was on a good floor with a fine view which wasn't super important to us anyway.
