There were plenty of stains on bath towels. Breakfast, while delicious, poorly set up. I was hoping to grab and go, but it is sit down-full service. Should atleast have the option to do both.

The pool area was pretty basic and hardly got the sun. Also the shower area had a massive plant right next to it so you soaked the poor plant when showering and could hardly move. I wish they had advised that the pool area only got a short period of sunshine as that would have put us off booking the accommodation. We wanted to lie by the pool later in the afternoon for some sun but was not possible. Also there are no toilet facilities where they advertise use of private beach area you had to walk back to the hotel every time which meant taking all your belongings as it was a fair distance.

We opted for the breakfast included option which, although was absolutely lovely, the range was very limited with only 5 or six items to choose from and no buffet option. The pool area was great for the days we didn't go to the beach, but the sun disappeared behind the hotel, leaving the pool in shade from around 2pm onwards.

Excellent hotel located in South Miami beach right on Collins Avenue. Great location for shops on Lincoln Drive and lass than 5mins walk to the beach, which was stunning. The hotel had a shared private beach area with Loews hotel, with towels and beds included, with only a small additional charge for the umbrellas.

The computer picture was misleading upon seeing the actual room. The room was very small with shower in the middle of room taking up majority of space. Dropped ipod on floor and notice upon looking under bed.. it was very dirty. Also had to ask for ironing board and ice bucket. Also, no water for coffee had to buy water. I was told by front desk it was OK to use water from sink. "I think not" Did not like entering thru the restaurant to get to lobby. very confusing design.

The house keeper did make my bed every day which was nice. We did enjoy the balcony even though you could not see much of the ocean as advertised. The staff was very nice, helpful. and cordial.

A microwave was not in room and paying $1800 for a week stay and hotel wouldn’t even heat up leftover food for me. Was very frustrating for me being that all you can do is eat out and will have leftovers more than likely. They said fully stocked mini fridge but did not say it was $5-$7 per item in fridge

The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable and housekeep did a great job with keeping up with changing towels everyday. Balcony had a beautiful view. Was in a great location and close to everything. Walking distance to beach less than 5 minutes. Nice that they give you chairs and towel access on beach. Umbrellas are very overpriced $28 per day is crazy. The hotel pool was refreshing after day on beach

The room was ok- main thing we did not like was the shower was open to the room (no door) which was not good traveling with family or friends. You basically have to get naked and shower in front of everyone in the room. We had to take a sheet off one of the beds and make an area for privacy…it should definitely be a door there.

Room layout: Location of room shower was awkward. Takes some getting used to especially when not wanting to disturb other traveling companions who are sleeping. However, shower is spacious with nice rainfall shower head.

A/C wasn't working well. Maintenance did admit a problem. The restaurant staff would ignore you completely. Several times they walked right in front of us, cutting us off and also they let the front door close as they were entering and we were right behind them. Unless you were eating at the restaurant, you didn't exist.

As expected with any hotel, there comes a time for deep cleaning of the rooms, and this time has come for Berkeley Shore. I was in a non-smoking room that consistently smelled like cigarettes, likely converted from smoking to non at some point.

An ideal location in South Beach with a historic vibe, close to Lincoln Road, 5 minute walk to the beach, and friendly staff.

This hotel was on the main street Collins Avenue, close to Lincoln Mall and Ocean Drive also walking distance to shops and stores. The nightlife on Ocean Drive was beautiful

The Room cleaning services I would say were average! But overall nothing to say we disliked about this property, it was great!

Location was great as you were close to where the busy spots were to walk, but far enough that you could enjoy more quiet area. Easy walk to the beach, easy walk to Lincoln Shopping, Espanola Way, and all main attractions! Room was perfect and the restaurant was excellent

Pool water was very cold. Needed to pay for jam or peanut butter (really!) No parking available (needed to pay extra 40$/day for valet to have access to my car. Next corner street, offrers 20$/day)

Perfect location to access the beach. Free Wi-Fi and complementary breakfast. Cleanliness and service was great.

Our room was next to the elevator and it was very noisy thru out the night with people talking as they waited for the elevator. The men’s washroom off the restaurant was not clean, garbage over flowing and there was no toilet paper.

Breakfast was good. No refill offered on coffee. Shower was great. Hotel is in a very good location.

the pillows, too puffy, therefore my neck got massively sore, pillows should be a little flatter so your head aligns with your body, I ended up sleeping using the decor cushions that wasn’t ideal, but at least I could get some sleep.
